Lay away on Sunday with Memphis at home in revenge - believe it or not - over 10-18 East Carolina.
The Pirates have lost their last 4 games, and 8 of their last 10 games overall. One of their wins in that span is a home overtime stunner, 88-85 over the Tigers back on February 3rd.
Problem is, that is when ECU was at least playing inspired hoops. Over their last 4 losses, the Pirates have been beaten up pretty good, losing by double-digits in each of their last 3.
Memphis comes in having won 4 of their last 5 both straight up and against the spread, and at 18-12 they appear to be catching a late-breaking wave as they get set to play in the postseason conference tourney this week.
Go ahead and lay it with the Tigers in revenge.
4* MEMPHIS

Knicks vs. Kings
OVER 213½ -105
Neither of these teams is playing much defense of late. In fact, both the Knicks and the Kings have seen their past five games finish above the total. The Kings allowed 110 or more points in all five of those games, an average of 113.6. Not to be outdone, the Knicks allowed 113 or more in all five of those, an average of a whopping 121. Opposing teams connected on 51.9% of their field goals in those five games against NY. Including the November meeting, which finished above the number, the Knicks have seen the 'over' go 7-2 against teams from the Pacific. Given the current level of defense being played by both teams, this should result in another relatively high-scoring affair. Consider the Over.

Pelicans vs. Mavs
New Orleans -3
Take the Pelicans as they have been red-hot led by the play of Anthony Davis. Mark Cuban has admitted that his team (Dallas) has been tanking but the Mavericks have played better recently. I think we see New Orleans win and cover on Sunday.

Tulane vs. UCF
UCF-8
The NCAAB Comp play is on Central Florida at 4:30 eastern. UCF has covered 10 of 12 in the series and are 5-0 straight up and ats here at home vs Tulane, The Knights are 5-0 at home vs teams ranked between 100 and 200 in the RPI scale with all of those wins by at least 9 points. They have covered the last 5 vs teams with a .400 or less win percentage and 9 of 13 off a loss. Tulane has failed to cover 30 of 44 vs winning teams, 19 of 26 on Sundays and they are 0-7 to the spread After scoring 50 or less last out. Play on Central Florida here. On Sunday another big Hoops card is up with a 6* Highest Rated NBA Side with a 5* total. In College hoops there are several best bets up including another last home game blowout system, an RPI Scale 5* Dominator and a triple perfect total. For the NCAAB Comp Play. Take UCF. RV- GC Sports

Pelicans vs. Mavs
Pelicans-3
I'm laying the points with the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday. Dallas won the first meeting 128-120 in December, apparently before getting the "tank" memo from the front office. These teams are certainly headed in opposite directions. Dallas has dropped 16 of their last 20 games and they've lost nine of their last 13 at home. Meanwhile, if not for Houston, New Orleans would be the hottest team in the NBA, aiming for their 8th straight win when this one tips-off. They're 6-1 ATS during the current 7-0 SU run. We realize most of the seven wins have come against so-so competition, but Dallas certainly falls into that category. The Mavericks even botched a substitution in their most recent game, putting just four players on the floor at one period of the game. Everyone for New Orleans has picked up their game since the loss of DeMarcus Cousins. Anthony Davis destroyed the opposition in February and Jrue Holiday and Rajon Rondo have also hit another gear. The Pelicans are 10-1 ATS on the road against teams with a losing home record to go along with the 6-1 ATS run in their last seven games overall. We're betting they continue the runs. I'm recommending a play on the Pelicans minus the points on Sunday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.

Jets vs. Hurricanes
Jets-114
The Carolina Hurricanes had lost six straight before breaking out of the funk with back-to-back triumphs over Philadelphia and New Jersey. Tough spot for the Canes here though, playing their third game in four nights and facing the Winnipeg Jets who have won six of their last eight games, including road wins at Dallas and St. Louis.
Hurricanes are 1-8 in their last nine in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation and 5-13 in their last 18 vs. a team with a winning record. Jets are 7-2 in their last nine vs. a team with a losing record and 14-3 in their last 17 Sunday games.
My free pick is on Winnipeg Jets ML.
