4 Unit Play. Take Over 211 between Indiana @ Oklahoma City
We are doing well in the NBA as we cash another POD on the Over in Memphis/Milwaukee as we expected Memphis to do well, and likely win Outright and they did. Heck, at this pace, it makes me want us to start dabbing into the ML of many of these games as we had the Kings Outright against the Suns and the Wizards Outright against the Cavs, and yesterday we had a strong lean on Memphis Outright but decided to take the over. That's 8 of 10 pod winners so let's focus on getting 9 of 11 and going 5-2 this week in the NBA. There are several things that work in our favor for the Over here. For starters, Indiana comes off a loss and they are typically a very good bounce-back team - for the over. This is because they continue to play with great effort each and every game. Heck, this team is out of the playoffs and was very game against the Spurs scoring over 120 against them. Now, this team goes on the road to play an Oklahoma City team who they defeated earlier this year but didn't cover the 11.5. But, remember that OKC comes off one of its worst performances of the year losing to Portland at home by a score of 72-107. Portland is one of the hottest teams in the league so this was a bit expected. Of course, bear in mind that Indiana is not interested in playing the defense like Portland played and will look forward to run and gun. You don't think a OKC team who shot 27-74 (36.5%) is looking forward to shooting a heckuva lot better against an Indiana team that will give them a lot more wide open looks? So, the Thunder have revenge and come off one of their worst performances of the year. Tack that on with Indiana on the bounce-back as well, we have the making for a decent over here. Remember, the total was set at 197.5 when these two teams first met and now is set at 211. There is a sharp 13.5 increase in the total because of these elements and this game likely will get to 220 when all is said and done. The over is 6-1 for the Pacers with a home losing record (meaning when the Pacers play weaker teams on the road, scoring is abound) and although the Thunder are on an Under run, they aer 8-3 to the Over when coming off a double-digit loss at home which is one of the elements we are playing off today. Let's keep April trucking.
