Johnny Guild

Indiana Pacers (24-37) at San Antonio Spurs (42-17)

The Spurs have won the last five meetings against the Pacers in San Antonio, going 4-1 ATS and eight of its last nine. Take the surging Spurs at the AT&T Center to grab their 11 straight victory. The struggling Pacers have dropped seven of their last 10 games and are just 4-14 in its last 18 games away from home, 12-19 on the road this season. 'Where's the money’. San Antonio has been tough at home, 25-5 this season and the home team in this series is 7-1 ATS in the last 8 battles.

San Antonio Spurs - 13

Sports Monitor

MATCHUP: Houston Rockets (40-20) at Dallas Mavericks (39-22)

THE LINE:
Dallas is -1 and the total is 184 points

TRENDS: The Rockets have covered 22 of their last 29 games. Houstohas covered six of their last seven conference games. Dallashas covered the last six in this series.

GAME SUMMARY:The Dallas Mavericks were already going to face a tough taskThursday, trying to snap the Houston Rockets' 16-game winningstreak. Now, they'll have to try and beat their surging divisionrival without leading scorer Dirk Nowitzki.

PREDICTION: Houston and Dallas over the total

Dr. Bob

I was 1-2 on my Wednesday Best Bets (3-4 on a Star Basis), winning my 3-Star NBA Best Bet on Houston -10 and losing both 2-Stars in the Sun Belt tourney on UL Lafayette and Middle Tennessee. I am only 133-125-5 on my Basketball Best Bets for the season, and 338-322-14 on a Star Basis, but that's a loss of -16.2 Stars at -1.10 odds

I was 0-2 on my Wednesday opinions, losing with Minnesota Timberwolves and with Baylor.

BOISE STATE (-4) over Utah State, 2-Stars at -5 or less.
Arizona (-11 ½) over OREGON STATE, 2-Stars at -12 1/2 points or less, 3-Stars at -11 or less.
