CORAL GABLES, FL (ATS Consultants) – After rallying for a 45-43 victory over Clemson on Sunday, Miami will put its perfect ACC record on the line when it hosts Virginia at 9:00PM ET tonight.

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed Miami as an 8-point favorite over Virginia for tonight’s game, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 118.5 points. The Cavaliers are 18-7 overall and 8-4 in the ACC, while the Hurricanes are 21-3 overall and a perfect 12-0 in conference play.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Hurricanes opened as 8.5-point favorites but the spread has been bet down to 8 at most sports books. As for the total, it opened at 115.5 but has shot up to 118.5 at some books and 118 at other places.

Junior Akil Mitchell also averages in double figures (12.6 ppg) and ranks third in the ACC with 8.8 rebounds per game. Virginia has scored 70 or more points in four consecutive games for the first time since a six-game span in 2009-10. The Cavaliers are averaging 78.0 points and shooting 42 for 83 (50.6) from 3-point range during their current run.
