AC Sports Advisors

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Cincinnati Reds
Pick: 20* Cincinnati Reds

I like Cincy here they are due for a win and the Phils are due for a loss for one thing. Moyer gets pounded and the Phils have a padded record by playing the Nationals so many time early Cincy is a good team and will get the win tonight!

Alf Musketa

Orlando at Cleveland
Pick: Under 185

As things tighten up in the NBA playoffs so does defense offese sputters. Coaches rarely if ever teach offense at this time of year, they preach team defense. We look for the Cavs Orlando C Dwight Howard with a rotating deep bench that includes players in paint. We know Orlando's game plan is slow Lebron James down and not let him roll freely to the basket.

Brian Edwards

Orlando at Cleveland
Play: Orlando +8.5

Cleveland is still my pick to win it all and I think it wins Game 1 over Orlando, too. But with the chance to gobble up nine points, I'm not going to turn down the Magic in this spot. They got a nice two-day rest after winning at Boston on Sunday night in Game 7. The Magic don't have LeBron, but they have a nice trio of scorers in Rashard Lewis, Dwight Howard and Hedo Turkoglu. Orlando covers this big number.

Total of the Year

Pirates/Nationals Under

This is a big park in Washington. Washington doesn't have much pitching, but they have a quality starter going here in 1 John Lannan, who doesn't walk anyone and has a 2.54 ERA at home. He faces a weak Pittsburgh offense, one that is 9th in the NL in runs and OBP, 10th in slugging. The Pirates have good pitching, and lefty starter Paul Maholm has been very good, at 3-1 with a 3.51 ERA. Play the Pirates/Nationals under the total.
