New York at Indiana: The Liberty are favored by 5.5 points with a total of 154.5. My numbers made this one 80-76 in favor of New York, while my totals methods were split, so going to stay away from this one.
Connecticut at Washington: A pretty good game here, which is evidenced by the game being even with a total of 164.5. My numbers call for the Mystics to escape with an 84-83 win and my totals numbers are calling for this one to sneak over the total, but just barely, with projections of 165 and 167. Going to stay away from this one, which will be televised on the NBA TV.
Minnesota at Atlanta: The Lynx are favored by 8 with a total of 167, while my numbers made this one 89-82. My totals methods are calling for projections of 164 to 166, so staying away from this one. Minnesota will be playing Atlanta in three of its next five games.
Los Angeles at San Antonio: The Sparks are favored by 11.5 and the total on this one is 155. My numbers made this one 81-73, while my totals numbers were each calling for an over, but with conflicting opinions, I’ll stay away from this one. The Sparks won the first meeting 80-75 in Los Angeles.
Phoenix at Chicago: The Fire is favored by 5.5 with a total of 166, while my numbers made it 88-88 and all of my totals methods were calling for an over. I’ll tag along even though the Mercury will be with Griner once again. Chicago faded in the final 13 minutes last game against Connecticut, so will see if they can get back on track here or if their run of impressive games is over.
Dallas at Seattle: The Storm are favored by 5.5 with a total of 170 and my numbers made it Seattle 90-82. My totals numbers were split, with two of the three siding with the under. Seattle travelled to Dallas and thumped the Wings earlier this season by a final score of 89-69. This is the second game of NBA TV’s doubleheader.
