INDIAN COWBOY'S WNBA RESEARCH

Indiana vs. Atlanta

There is no line for this ballgame yet, but my numbers say that Indiana is likely to be a 5 to 7 point favorite. Note, that whenever you have a road favorite who is a public darling by more than 60%, it is worth taking a look at the dog. Now, having said that, my Atlanta Dream have been absolutely dismal this year. Remember, this is the same team, that is 1-6 ATS in their last 7 contests. Heck, Vegas made their last line at 12.5 at New York which Atlanta did manage to cover - this is after Atlanta had failed to cover 6 straight in a row. Remember, this is the only wnba game going on Monday which typically favors the dog in an sport. In essence, when there is just one game on the board in a particular sport, and the public is heavily on one side, usually the dog does very well. Note, that Atlanta has lost 9 in a row straight up and Indiana is 4-6 out of their last 10, but they come off a 22 point pounding at the hands of the Shock. Indiana beat this team by 15 at home earlier this year, but Atlanta did win outright at Indiana back in July and Indiana is 2-1 SU against Atlanta this year.
