2010 College Football Week 10 Line Movement Report & Odds

There has been plenty of movement in the point spreads for Week 10 of the 2010 College Football season and he is a breakdown of the changes for top 25 games.

Bet College Football Week 10

No. 1 Oregon opened the week as a 27.5-point favorite at home against Washington on Saturday according to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com. Since then, the spread has jumped up 7.5 points to 35 as the Huskies announced starting quarterback Jake Locker will not be playing due to a severe injury to his ribs. Locker is the top player on the Huskies and the key to their offense.

2010 College Football Week 10 Line Movements (For Top 25 Lined-Games Only)

No. 23 N.C. State vs. Clemson, Noon ET

Clemson opened as a 2.5-point favorite at home and the spread climbed as high as 4 before settling in at 3.5. The over/under hasn’t changed since opening at 50.5.

No. 7 Wisconsin vs. Purdue, Noon ET

Opening odds had the Badgers favored by 20 while the hook was added for part of the week before dropping back to 20.5. The over/under opened at 51 and was slightly down to 50.5 for a short time before coming back to 51.

Minnesota vs. No. 16 Michigan State, Noon ET

The opening odds had Michigan State favored by 24 points and the line has since added a hook. The over/under hasn’t’ changed since opening at 57.5

No. 15 Iowa vs. Indiana, Noon ET

Opening point spread odds had Iowa favored by 17. A hook has since been added to the point spread. The over/under for this game opened at 53.5 and moved up to 54 before dropping back to 53.5.

No. 22 Baylor vs. No. 19 Oklahoma State, 12:30PM ET

Opening odds had Oklahoma State favored by 7.5 points and that spread got up to 8.5 during the week before settling in at 8. The over/under dropped to 72.5 during the week but ended where it started, at 73 points.

No. 4 TCU vs. No. 6 Utah, 3:30PM ET

TCU opened the week as a 5-point favorite and the betting line was as high as 6 points before dropping down to 4.5. The over/under opened at 52 and has slowly worked its way down to 51.

Hawaii vs. No. 2 Boise State, 3:30PM ET

Opening point spread odds had Boise State favored by 23. The line has steadily decreased all week before settling in at 21. The over/under total opened at 66 and was as low as 65 during the week before holding steady at 65.5.

North Carolina vs. No. 24 Florida State, 3:30PM ET

Opening odds had Florida State favored by 10 and the line has since added the hook. The over/under point total began at 48.5 and has since moved up to 49.

No. 9 Nebraska vs. Iowa State, 3:30PM ET

Opening point spread odds had Nebraska favored by 18.5. The spread was as high as 20 during the week before coming all the way down to 17.5. The over/under total hasn’t chanced since opening at 58.

Washington vs. No. 1 Oregon, 3:30PM ET

Oregon opened as a 27.5-point favorite but that line has moved up quickly during the week as it was discovered that Washington quarterback Jake Locker would be unable to play with a rib injury. The spread is now 35 points. Despite that, the over/under hasn’t been adjusted since opening at 68.

No. 5 Alabama vs. No. 12 LSU, 3:30PM ET

The point spread odds have not changed since Alabama opened as a 6.5-point favorite. The over/under hasn’t adjust much since opening at 44.5. It has simply dropped the ½ point and went down to 44.

No. 25 Nevada vs. Idaho, 5PM ET

Nevada opened as a 12.5-point favorite for this game. The line has moved down all week before settling in at 10.5. The over/under opened at 66 and has added a point throughout the week.

No. 11 Oklahoma vs. Texas A&M, 7PM ET

Oklahoma opened as a 4-point favorite and the point spread has gradually fallen back to 3 during the week. The over/under opened at 60.5 and dipped to 60 early in the week before making the jump to 61.

No. 17 Arkansas vs. No. 18 South Carolina, 7PM ET

South Carolina opened as a 3-point favorite for Saturday’s game but the point spread has steadily climbed up to 4.5 during the week. The over/under opened at 58.5 and has since added a point to get to 59.5.

No. 14 Missouri vs. Texas Tech, 8PM ET

Missouri opened the week favored by 5 points and during the week, the spread was as high as 6 before falling back to 4. The over/under hasn’t changed since opening at 58.5.

No. 13 Arizona vs. No. 10 Stanford, 8PM ET

Stanford started the week as an 8-point favorite and that spread has since increased to 9.5 points. The over/under hasn’t changed since opening at 56 points.
