2010 College Football Week 6 Line Movement Report & Odds

Point Spreads don’t tend to stay in place often and the odds have moved around a lot in Week 6 of the 2010 College Football Season.
One of the more notable changes in point spread odds comes in the Arkansas-Texas A&M game where the Razorbacks opened as a 8.5-point favorite against the Aggies according to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com. The spread has dropped more and more all week and is now has the Razorbacks as a 5-point favorite. This game will be played on the neutral field of Cowboys Stadium.

2010 College Football Week 6 Line Movements (For Top 25 Games Only)
Minnesota vs. No. 20 Wisconsin – Noon ET
The opening odds for this game had the Badgers as 21-point favorites and the spread has slowly climbed up to its current 22.5-point margin. The over/under has not changed since opening at 58.
Indiana vs. No. 2 Ohio State - Noon ET
The point spread odds for this game started at Ohio State -23.5. That was the highest the spread ever was this week. The lowest it got was Ohio State -22 before settling in at -22.5. The over/under started at 57 but is now up to 57.5.
Colorado State vs. No. 25 Air Force – 2PM ET
The opening line for this game had Air Force as a 23-point favorite against Colorado State. The line was as high as 26 points but is now back down to 24.5 points. The over/under opened at 47.5 points and has climbed up to 48 points.
Wyoming vs. No. 5 TCU – 3:30PM ET
The opening point spread odds had TCU as a 34.5-point favorite at home. The odds have been as high as 35 and as low as 33.5 before setting in at 34. The over/under started at 50 and has since fallen back to 49.5.
No. 17 Michigan State vs. No. 18 Michigan – 3:30PM ET
The opening line in this game had Michigan favored by 5 points. The line has moved throughout the week between 5 and 4 points before settling in at Michigan -4.5. The over/under started at 64 but has climbed up to 65.5 points since.
No. 11 Arkansas vs. Texas A&M – 3:30PM ET
The opening line for this game had Arkansas as an 8.5-point favorite. The point spread odds have slowly dropped all week, now sitting at the Razorbacks -5. The over/under has moved up slightly to 62.5 after opening at 62.
No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 19 South Carolina – 3:30PM ET
The Crimson Tide opened as an 8-point favorite for this game. The point spread odds were as low as 6.5 points but have now settled in to 7. The over/under has been set at 47 after opening at 48 points.
No. 3 Oregon vs. Washington State – 5PM ET
The opening point spread for this game was Oregon -34.5 and dropped to 34 points at one point before slowly climbing up to 36.5. The over/under has not changed since opening at 70.
Oregon State vs. No. 9 Arizona – 6PM ET
The opening point spread odds had Arizona -8.5 where the Wildcats are now, but the line had dropped to 7.5 at one point. The over/under hasn’t changed since opening at 50.5.
Colorado vs. No. 24 Missouri – 7PM ET
The opening line had Missouri as a 12.5-point favorite against the Buffaloes. The spread was as high as 13 points at one point before settling in at 11.5. The over/under hasn’t changed since starting at 52.
No. 10 Utah vs. Iowa State – 7PM ET
The opening line for this game had Utah as a 7.5-point favorite against Iowa State. The line has slowly fallen back and now at 6 points. The over/under started at 54.5 and is up to 55 currently.
No. 8 Auburn vs. Kentucky – 7:30PM ET
Auburn opened the week as an 8-point favorite in this game. The line was up to 8.5 points at one point but is now at 6.5. The over/under started at 58 and has dropped down to 57.5.
No. 12 LSU vs. No. 14 Florida – 7:30PM ET
Florida started the week as a 7.5-point favorite at home. The line has slowly found its way to 6.5 points where it stands now. The over/under was at 42.5 for most of the week before falling to 42.
No. 23 Florida State vs. No. 13 Miami – 8PM ET
The opening line had the Hurricanes as a 6.5-point favorite before settling in at 6. The over/under has not changed since opening at 48.5 for this game.
Toledo vs. No. 4 Boise State – 8PM ET
The opening point spread had Boise State favored by 39 points against Toledo. The spread got has high as 39.5 but is now back at 39. The over/under started at 57.5 but is now at 57.
USC vs. No. 16 Stanford – 8PM ET
The opening spread for this game had Stanford as an 8-point favorite. The odds have slowly moved up and are now at 10. The over/under started at 59.5 and is now down to 59 points.
San Jose State vs. No. 21 Nevada – 10:30PM ET
Nevada started as a 38-point favorite in this game. The spread was as big as 39.5 points but is now down to 38.5. The over/under started at 61 and is now at 59.5.
