2010 College Football Week 6 Report – Who Does the Public Favor?

The public has established who it likes in Week 6 of the 2010 College Football Season. Do you agree with the public betting for this week?

In one of the featured games for week six, Michigan is a 4.5-point favorite at home against Michigan State according to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com. The public is going with the underdog in this one as 65% of public bets are on the Spartans +6.5.

In the marquee game of the week, Alabama is getting 84% of the public votes this week as it is a 7-point favorite on the road against South Carolina. Over 15,000 bets have been placed on that game alone.

2010 College Football Week 6 Public Betting Report

Minnesota vs. No. 20 Wisconsin – Noon ET

With just under 5,000 bets placed, Minnesota is actually getting 51% of the public bets plus the 22.5 points against the Badgers on Saturday.

Indiana vs. No. 2 Ohio State - Noon ET

Just over 5,900 public bets have been cast on this game and Ohio State is getting 60% of the bets -22.5 points against the Hoosiers.

Colorado State vs. No. 25 Air Force – 2PM ET

Over 5,300 bets have been placed on this game and the Falcons are getting 59% of the bets backing them minus 24.5 against Colorado State.

Wyoming vs. No. 5 TCU – 3:30PM ET

This game has had over 4,000 public bets and the public is backing TCU. The Horned Frogs have 66% of the bets -34 against Wyoming.

No. 17 Michigan State vs. No. 18 Michigan – 3:30PM ET

Over 7,200 bets have been made for this game with Michigan State earning 65% of the bets +4.5 against Michigan.

No. 11 Arkansas vs. Texas A&M – 3:30PM ET

Over 8,400 bets have been made in this game and Arkansas is getting 82% of the best -5 against Texas A&M.

No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 19 South Carolina – 3:30PM ET

Just under 5,000 bets have been made in this game and Oregon State is getting 67% of the votes plus the 8.5 points against the Wildcats.

Colorado vs. No. 24 Missouri – 7PM ET

There have been just over 2,200 bets made in this contest and 67% of the public bets have been made on Missouri -11.5 against Colorado.

No. 10 Utah vs. Iowa State – 7PM ET

Over 3,500 bets have been made on this game and 83% are going on Utah -6 against Iowa State.

No. 8 Auburn vs. Kentucky – 7:30PM ET

Just over 5,000 bets have been made on this game and the public likes Auburn as the Tigers are getting 83% of the bets at -6.5.

No. 12 LSU vs. No. 14 Florida – 7:30PM ET

Just over 8,000 public bets have been made on this game and Florida is getting 77% of the bets minus the 6.5 points against LSU.

No. 23 Florida State vs. No. 13 Miami – 8PM ET

Not many bets have been placed on this game as the odds were not released until late in the week. Of the bets made, 54% have been made on Miami -6 against Florida State.

Toledo vs. No. 4 Boise State – 8PM ET

Over 2,600 public bets have been made in this game with Boise State getting 83% of the bets -39 against Toledo.

USC vs. No. 16 Stanford – 8PM ET
