2010 Las Vegas Super Bowl XLIV Odds & Over/Under Totals
Oddsmakers from “Sin City” have made the Indianapolis Colts the favorites over the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl XLIV, which takes place on February 7, 2010.
Oddsmakers from Las Vegas’ MGM Mirage have made Peyton Manning and the Colts a 5.5-point favorite over Drew Brees’ Saints in the 2010 Super Bowl. The over/under total for the NFL title game has been set at 56.5.
The Saints are 1-6 against the spread in their last seven games, but are 15-3 straight up in their last 18 contests. They’re also 4-2 against the umber in their last six games when playing the Colts and 5-2 straight up in their last seven games when playing Indy. The total has gone under in four of New Orleans’ last six games, although it sailed over in the NFC Championship Game last Sunday.
The Colts are 7-2 against the spread in their last nine games and 16-2 straight up in their last 18 games. The total has gone over in five of Indy’s last six games, including in its 30-17 win over the New York Jets in the AFC Championship Game last Sunday.
Thus far in the postseason, the Saints are 1-1 against the spread, while the over has covered in both of their games. The Colts are 2-0 against the number, while their over/under total is even at 1-1.
