2010 NFL Preseason Week 1 Point Spread Odds & Over/Under Totals
Week 1 of the 2010 NFL preseason kicks off Sunday night with the Hall of Fame Game in Cleveland, Ohio. Check out the point spreads for Week 1 of the NFL preseason.
Terrell Owens and his new team the Cincinnati Bengals will take on the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night for the 2010 Hall of Fame Game. Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have made the Bengals 3-point favorites, while the over/under has been set at 33.
In the first slate of games (which begin on Thursday, August 12), the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints will take on the New England Patriots in a rematch from a 2009 regular season Monday Night Football game. The Saints blasted the Pats in that contest, but find themselves a 1.5-point underdog in New England next Thursday. The over/under total for that game has been set at 36.
On Friday, August 13, Kevin Kolb and the new-look Philadelphia Eagles will host the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Eagles are a field goal favorite over the Jags, while the over/under total has been set at 33.5 points. Also that night, Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons will host the Kansas City Chiefs, as the Falcons have been installed as a 3-point favorite.
Next weekend, the Brett Favre-less Minnesota Vikings will hit the road to St. Louis to take on the Rams. No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford will get his first taste of action that night, as the Rams and Vikings are currently a PK according to oddsmakers.
In the first Monday Night Football game of the new year, the Jets will host the Giants in the battle of New York. Mark Sanchez and the Jets have been listed as a 1-point favorite over the G-Men, while the over/under has been set at 32.5 points.
