2013 College Football Week 2 UAB vs. LSU Picks & Predictions

BATON ROUGE, LA (The Spread) - Following their impressive victory over TCU in Week 1, No. 9 LSU will look to improve to 2-0 when it hosts UAB tonight at 7:00PM ET.
ODDS: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, LSU is currently a 34.5-point favorite over UAB, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 61.5 points. In Week 1, the Blazers lost to Troy 34-31 while the Tigers beat TCU, 37-27.
LINE MOVEMENT: LSU opened as a 34-point favorite but the spread has been bet up as high as 36 at some online books, while it's 34.5 or 35 at other places. As for the total, it opened at 62 but has been bet down slightly to 61.5.

After watching them rack up 37 point last week against a stout TCU defense, LSU shouldn't have any issues getting into the 40s tonight. And seeing as how UAB can light up a scoreboard as well, this looks like a match made for the over.
