by ATSSportsline.com

NEW ORLEANS, LA (ATS Consultants) – In just a few hours the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens will square off in Super Bowl XLVII. Will the game be low-scoring?

GAME INFO: BALTIMORE (-3.5) over San Francisco, 16-6. San Francisco (13-4-1 SU, 10-7-1 ATS, 11-6-1 O/U) comes into this game after coming back to defeat Atlanta in the NFC Championship game, 28-24, giving 4. NFL Odds: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the 49ers are 4-point favorites versus the Ravens while the over/under total is currently sitting at 47.5 points. Baltimore is +145 on the money line and San Francisco is -165.

Line Movement: The Ravens opened as a 4.5-point underdog while the total opened at 48.5. But the line has danced between 4.5 and 3.5 all week, while the total has gone back and forth between 47.5 and 48.5.

NFL Playoff Free Pick: Take the under. According to latest NFL trends, Baltimore is 0-4 Under last 4 games on fieldturf. Five of the last seven Super Bowls have gone Under. Baltimore's defense rose to the occasion in two of their three playoff games as they did not allow a TD against Indianapolis (24-9 win) and held New England to no touchdowns in the second half (28-13 win). They give up some yards but they have one of the best red zone defenses in the NFL. S Bernard Pollard (98 tackles) is one of the hardest hitters in the game while LB Ray Lewis (44 tackles in the playoffs) is playing his last game for Baltimore. The Ravens' pass rush led by OLB Paul Kruger (8.5 sacks) and Terrell Suggs, who has been playing hurt this season but does have two sacks in the playoffs and is getting closer to 100%.

San Francisco ranks 4th against the pass (200.2ypg) and 4th against the run (94.2ypg). LB NaVorro Bowman leads in tackles with 149, while LB Patrick Willis adds 120 in the regular season. Willis has 19 and a sack in the playoffs. LB Aldon Smith leads with 19.5 sacks. DT Justin Smith has been playing hurt with a triceps injury so two weeks off will help. The last time these two teams played in 2011, there were just 22 points combined. This game will be lower scoring than expected.
