2014 College Football Indiana vs. Missouri Week 4 Picks & Predictions

COLUMBIA, MO (The Spread) - No. 18 Missouri will look to stay perfect on the season when it hosts Indiana at 4:00PM ET.
Perhaps the Hoosiers were caught looking ahead to their non-conference tilt today against Missouri as they fell 45-42 to Bowling Green last Saturday. Indiana's defense was shredded by Falcons quarterback James Knapke, who completed 46-of-73 passes for 395 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. Nate Sudfeld threw for 347 yards and a touchdown without an interception, while Tevin Coleman rushed for 190 yards with three touchdowns on 24 carries. It was all for naught, however, as the Hoosier defense couldn't slow down BGSU's offense.
Missouri improved to 3-0 with a 38-10 win against Central Florida last Saturday in Columbia. Quarterback Maty Mauk completed 14-of-24 passes for 144 yards with four touchdowns and one interception while running back Russell Hansbrough and Marcus Murphy combined for 142 yards on 24 carries. Nose tackle Josh Augusta also made perhaps the play off the game when he made an acrobatic interception off a tipped pass.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Missouri is a 13-point favorite over Indiana while the over/under total is currently sitting at 70.5 points. The Tigers opened as 14-point favorites before the line was bet down, while the total opened at 72 before being bet down as well.
