SEATTLE, WA (The Spread) - The most anticipated game of the Week 3 NFL schedule takes place in Seattle where the Seahawks will host the Broncos at 4:25PM ET today in a rematch of last season's Super Bowl.
DENVER: The Broncos improved to 2-0 on the season with a 24-17 win over the Chiefs but failed to cover as a 13-point home favorite and are now 0-2 against the spread. Peyton Manning completed 21-of-26 passes for 242 yards with three touchdowns to three different receivers while Montee Ball rushed for 60 yards on 12 carries. Denver’s defense came up huge at the end of the game, as it stonewalled Kansas City four straight times inside its own 10-yard line as the Chiefs failed to score the potential game-winning score.
SEATTLE: One week after destroying the Packers to open the season, the Seahawks fell to the Chargers 30-21 as a 4.5-point road favorite last Sunday. Russell Wilson threw for two touchdowns in the victory but San Diego held Marshawn Lynch to just 36 yards on six carries and Antonio Gates blew up for seven catches and 96 yards with three touchdowns. Seattle’s secondary had a rare off day in the loss and now the Hawks are 1-1 both straight up and against the spread.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Seahawks are 5-point favorites over the Broncos while the total is currently sitting at 48.5 points. Seattle opened as 4.5-point favorites before the line was bet up, while the total opened at 49 before coming down slightly.

On the other side, the over is 4-0 in the Seahawks' last four games in September and 13-6 in their last 19 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
