According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Gators are now 1-point home underdogs after opening as 2-point favorites over the Volunteers. As for the total, it opened at 47.5 and is up to 48.
This is going to be a street fight. Unfortunately for Florida, they can fight back with their defense, but they don't have a quarterback. If Will Grier can't get the job done for the Gators, they don't have much else help as Treon Harris was suspended along with star cornerback Jalen Tabor.
Grier threw for just 125 yards against Kentucky in their 14-9 unimpressive win last week on the road. Tennessee is a lot more explosive than Kentucky. Joshua Dobbs has five TDs and just one pick. When Florida slows down the Vols' running game, they can turn to Dobbs. When Tennessee slows down the Gators' ground attack, Florida has no answer.
