According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bills are 2.5-point home underdogs versus the Colts after opening as a 1.5-point dog. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 45 points after opening at 47.

They're also 4-1 ATS in their last five games versus AFC opponents while the Colts are just 1-6 ATS in their last six season openers. The home team is also 7-3-1 at the betting window in the last 11 meetings between these two teams.
Andrew Luck and the Colts have received plenty of hype heading into the season but they've got questions along both of their lines and Buffalo has one of the best front sevens in all of football. Look for the Bills to pull off the upset today.
