It's like I said Tim, you cut off the head and then what? That solves one problem. Then what do you then do about all the other problems that cutting off the head creates? You need to have a plan all the way from the head to the tail, you can't just cut off the head or it sends everything to chaos.
Using your head as an example what about this, Saddam Hussein. We cut off the head, right? What happened after that? Complete chaos. We didn't think that through and consider all the if's ands or buts cutting his head off created.
