Well just when it looks like Jack Frost was putting some distance between himself and the other Bookies, they reeled him back in like a runaway marlin! And not only have they tightened the noose around his neck, but something has happened that I've never seen happen since writing this column. I've never seen it where 3 new Bookies cracked the top 5 this late in the season. But that's what we have this week.

The two surviving Bookies are the above mentioned Jack Frost with a leading 119-105 record, and Anthony Santoro who is tied for 2nd with a 118-106 record. Jackson Meeker from Boulder Station, and Jeff Hoose from the Luxor, and Michael Furman from the Excalibur are the "newbies" who cracked the top 5 for the first time. Meeker and Hoose also have 118-106 records, while Furman trails by 1 win at 117-107.

Tuesday, when Gaming Today was released, Jack Frost was asked what he thought about all the new guys breathing down his neck. His comment was. " Yeah right! They'll catch me when it snows in Vegas!" Hmmmm! Jack better watch his back this week. Soooo! Let's get started!

CONSENSUS ALL HOTELS LW 7-9 YTD 101-123
..JAX..BAL..PIT..MIA..NE..CIN..WAS..STL..ATL..DET. CAR..NYJ..OAK.BUF.TB.CH..24....26....27...27...29. ..32....24.....24...28....26...29....25...28....25 ...25.25

The above number under the Consensus is the amount of times that team was selected out of 42 Bookies.

Here are the lines that the Bookies picked against compared to the current lines. TEN -1.5 (+2), MIA -3.5(-4.5), NE - 6.5(-8), PHI -3.5 (-5), NYG -5.5(-3), and DEN -5.5(-7).

There are 3 teams that the Bookies picked unanimously, and they are JAX, BUF, and SD. 4 teams were taken at a 4-1 clip, and they are, CIN, ATL, CAR and GB.

Now for the differences, where the top 5 Bookies continue to shine. They are KC, SEA, SD, and GB.

Well that wraps it up for another week, and I can't believe that there's only one more week to go after this week. Now that things have settled down on the home front, I can get this thing out on time and complete.
