CBS College Football Game Of The Week Odds – Alabama -7 At Arkansas

There isn’t a bigger game in Week 4 of the 2010 College Football Season than No. 1 Alabama taking on No. 10 Arkansas.
Game Preview:
The home team has won five of the last six meetings in this series while Alabama has won its last 18-straight SEC openers.
Alabama is 3-0 and has been dominant in all three games, wining by at least three scores in all games. The Tide ranks second nationally with just 6.3 points allowed per-game. Alabama has also allowed just 253.3 yards per-game. On offense Alabama is posting 44.7 points and 542 yards per-game. Trent Richardson has rushed for 271 yards on the season while Mark Ingram rushed for 151 yards on nine carries in his lone game this season. Greg McElroy has thrown for 705 yards and six touchdowns.
Arkansas is 3-0 on the season after winning at Georgia 31-24 last weekend. The Razorbacks have scored at least 31 points in each game this season and allowing an average of 11.3 points per-game. Ryan Mallett has thrown for 1,081 yards and nine touchdowns on the year while Joe Adams has 15 receptions for 344 yards and two scores. Greg Childs has added 19 receptions for 254 yards and three touchdowns.

Alabama opened the week as 7.5-point spread favorites against Arkansas according to oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com. The odds have since dropped to -7 for the Tide. The over/under opened at 54.5 and has since jumped a point to 55.5
