It took 12 weeks of games, but the cream is finally starting to rise to the top in the CFL. Montreal is leading the way in the East and British Columbia is taking control in the West. The Alouettes opened a one-game lead in the division with this past Sunday's 28-17 victory over Saskatchewan as 6 ½-point favorites at home. The day before, BC raised its league-best record to 8-3 with a 28-23 win over Toronto as a seven-point home favorite.
Calgary kicked off Week 12 this past Friday night with a 44-3 pasting of Winnipeg as a 9 ½ -point home favorite and Hamilton snapped a five-game skid Saturday after crushing Edmonton 51-8 as a three-point favorite at home. The following is a brief preview of Week 13 in the CFL along with the opening point spread and 'over/under' lines as provided by 5Dimes.
