My comp play for Sunday is the Brewers and the Nationals to land Over the total with Junior Guerra and Jefry Rodriguez serving them up.
Junior Guerra has not been able to figure out a way to retire batters of late, as he comes into this start having allowed 24 runs (23 of them earned) over his last 4 road starts which have lasted a grand total of 13 innings.
All 4 of those road starts have played Over the total, and each of his last 4 season starts have also landed Over the total, with the Over standing at 7-2 his last 9 starts this season.
Jefry Rodriguez has been better than his counterpart, but 5 of his 6 starts this year have ended up playing Over the posted price.
With the Over at 7-2-1 in Washington's last 10 home games, let's load it up on the Over today in the Brewers-Nationals contest.

Today expect the offense to heat a little more against Matthew Boyd as the Yankees welcomed Andrew McCutchen to the Bronx, and also welcomed back catcher Gary Sanchez to their lineup. They didn't hit yesterday, but I expect them to hit today.
The Yankees are on an 11-4 run their last 15 games, while the Tigers are losers of 7 of their last 8 games as they head into this series finale.
Boyd has lost both career starts against the Yankees with an ERA over 9, and he is just 2-9 with a 5.75 ERA on the road this season.
Lynn has split a pair of starts against the Tigers this year with an ERA of 2.03.
Yankees get on that flight west with a solid 2 runs or better win this afternoon.

On the heels of a wild 5-4 victory last night, I like Kansas City to keep its win streak alive today and complete the sweep.
The Orioles took the lead in the top of the ninth, but Whit Merrifield's two-run shot with one out in the bottom half of the ninth sealed the victory for Kansas City.
I'm not listing pitchers in this one, as it won't matter much. Not with the way the Royals have been playing this week. Kansas City has outscored its opponents 29-10 during a four-game win streak, twice scoring nine runs in games. That won't bode well for an Orioles team that went 8-20 in August, with a pitching staff that had a 6.42 ERA.
Take the Royals in this one, as they roll to the easy win.
