The top European club tournament begins on Tuesday with Match Day 1 of the Champions League group stage and it's a Top Play on Red Bull Salzburg here. The Austrian Champions have picked up where they left off last season and have won all 7 of their domestic league games outscoring their opposition by a 34-6 margin including 21-5 at Red Bull Arena. Genk who won the Belgium Jupiler league last season and their mini championship playoff earning a CL spot haven't had the same success to kick off their domestic league season and it's likely traced back to them losing a couple key pieces from last seasons team including Spanish midfielder Alejandro Pozuelo (Now with TFC of the MLS) and have had some difficulty generating goals with only 10 in 7 contests. In a group that consists of Liverpool and Napoli today's game is seemingly a big 3 points for an eventual 3rd place spot and birth into the Europa League after the group stage ends.
The play is FC Red Bull Salzburg -1.0 -108 (UPDATE as of 10:30am. Game has moved to -1/-1.5 at a couple books but is still rated 5% Good luck guys)

3% Rays-Dodgers under 4.5 (1st half)
Blake Snell makes his first start since July 21st. Only three Dodgers have ever faced Snell, for a combined 14 plate appearances. And those PAs did not occur this season. I love Unders when teams are facing a lefty for the first time, or for the first time in a long time.
There's a good chance Snell doesn't give us the full 5 innings (pitch count) given that this is his first game since coming off the IL, but that's okay. The Rays have arguably the best bullpen in the league. The Rays pen ranks #1 in xFIP, #4 in K/BB ratio, and #3 in WHIP. And the Rays bully is also in pretty good current form.
Ross Stripling has very good numbers, especially at Dodger Stadium. Stripling owns a 1.06 WHIP and 3.75 K/BB ratio at home this season. These Rays hitters only have 19 combined career plate appearances against Stripling, and did little with them (.211 BA, .526 OPS). Stripling also induces more ground balls than most starting pitchers, which increases the chances for an inning-killing double play.
The Rays have average numbers against righties, and the Dodgers have average numbers against southpaws. Going against above-average pitchers should lead to even less success at the plate tonight.

Velasquez v. Kuechel
So hard to determine how this could be the line tonight when the Phillies need this game and the home Braves are ready to clinch the division but were last seen as COMPLETE no shows on Sunday following their playoff clincher...both teams had a day off and the pitching matchup against each lineup is almost exactly even.
Only Harper will face Kuechel from the left side...and Velasquez has one really good start in him for a game this important. Gauging a team who must have a game v. a team who has no choice but to psychologically know they're "good" is impossible...and for regular vig plus 1.5 is VALUE DELUXE.
Home plate ump Hickox is mostly a wash and after Philly took 2 games from the Braves last week to be HUGE dogs is so askew we're hitting it hard

Mystics haven't played in a little while...but Della Donne is fantastic and they are flat out HOT �� at home...not losing once in 2 months there...and the Over is 15-7 last 22 games.
The Aces have a run going 10-2-1 to the Over and sure should struggle to stop the Mystics from scoring a TON of points. This is a lot of points for a 1st half but is still like short of the mark for a game 1
