JPax is on a roll...exactly the opposite can be said for the BoSox offense at this point...even at home! This 4 game series is up for a split if the home Sox could get a win backing Eduardo on Monday night....but they get the.daunting Yankees bomber lineup...the best team against LHP since 8/23!
ER pitching against this Yankee lineup in over 200 PAs against has allowed a 6.39 xFIP and a .364 wOBA with .391 xwOBA. His metrics have worsened each month for the most part...and August was bad but his first start in September featured his first foray north of 5.00 xFIP.
Torres and Sanchez both his Rodriguez very well with Encarnacion right behind.
Paxton.started off this month with by far his best start with 15 Ks.
The Sox just fired their team president Dave Dombrowski following a second straight loss to archrival Bronx Bombers...and the defense of the ring is all but conceded at this point!

Lyles v. Dugger
We have an 83% trend backing a play on the Brewers run line tonight. In addition we have a 8-3 run line trend record this season in this particular spot. Dugger is on the mound for the Marlins who stay at home after walloping the Royals 9-0 yesterday. The Brewers send Lyles to the mound, a starter they got at the deadline and have gone 6-1 with him on the mound since being shipped over from the Pirates.
Rober Dugger, for those who have followed our plays during our recent streak, is at the top of our xFIP fade system play in addition to the trends we already mentioned above. He has an ERA of 4.00 but and xFIP of 6.00 through his 3 starts and is ripe for the picking, striking out too few and walking too many in those starts as well!
The Brewers are in the travel spot here and in the big favorite mode here both of which could be deterrents. But my most backed trend specifically used for this spot is the Fish being in a spot after a blowout win where a team in this place is 5-20 and narrowed down further for RL they are just 2-8!
Lyles has a decent amount of PAs against the starting lineup of the Marlins...and with the weekend 3 game win streak over the Cubbies, this rejuvenated playoff run is in full force and there ain't no way they're screwing this up with a loss to a team never competing for the playoffs since opening day!

Hendricks v. Quantrill
Quantrill at home gets no support sadly for him...with 4 home starts as a dog and his team scoring a total of 12 runs. Hendricks is the stopper the Cubs need after hemorrhaging all weekend at the hands of the Brew Crew. I wanted to be able to push for an Under play because CQ does always put forth a great effort and in a small sample size has done well against the Cubbies...and I needed to find out who was going to be umping behind the plate...no bueno and thus we go with the safest route, the first 5 RL up by a run as Hendricks dominates with his shady stuff the first couple times through the order...at least.
We also have a spot backed luckily by Kyle Hendricks where the home team in this game is on a 2 out of 13 streak...a great backer!

Alright, so the Raiders come into today looking one step above the Dolphins with the amount of dysfunction that appears to be going on behind the scenes in Raiderland. However, this one does get a heavy nod to the Under for a variety of reasons. Number one, both of these offenses are low grade and we expect neither of them to have an easy time putting points up on the board tonight. Most importantly though, recent history between these two squads strongly suggest an Under here tonight. Not only has this matchup had the Under hit in 5 straight meetings heading into tonight, but the two teams have also played to the Under at a 7-1 clip over their L8 meetings. Denver hit for the Under in all 5 of their preseason games, extending their Under string to 13 games in a row, after they ended last season hitting for 8 straight below the total. Counting the 5 preseason games from this season, the Broncos have posted a 17-2-1 mark for the Under in their L20 contests overall. In just the regular season now, the Broncos have posted a 7-2-1 mark for the Under in their L10 road contests. The Raiders also finished out the season on an Under streak last year, with a 3-0-1 mark for the Under over their L4 games. And while the Raiders are 3-0-1 for the Under in their L4 versus the AFC, but it's their 17-4-1 mark for the Under against the AFC West that we will lean on for this one. Take the UNDER in this rematch....
