It's no wonder why this number is like it is with the Packers being decided favorites on the road at a Venue that is one of the toughest at which to come€ out on top, especially in a night contest. Aaron Rodgers is off a near perfect game, the Packers are 6-1 only losing to the Eagles. KC's Wonder Boy is not going to play. But this number is simply NUTS.Have we forgotten that Andy Reid has "Been There, Done That?" Have we forgotten that the Chiefs are one of the best home teams in the NFL? The Pack is 6-1 but the schedule has not been stellar. 5 of their 7 games have been in Green Bay. I am certainly not saying that Green Bay is not a good team. They are. But laying 4 points on the highway at Arrowhead at night is a task that many cannot have success with. You can best best that Andy will have some ideas for offense with Moore at QB, and he is a serviceable replacement as he has proven in the past. This number is 4 at most spots as of this writing but you can play any number you can find because we are playing this game because we think KC will cover, we are playing it because we think they will WIN. Carolina QB Kyle Allen is playing exceptional football and taking care of the ball as well, with seven touchdowns and zero interceptions. Running back Christian McCaffrey is doing it all, and I like the way the Panthers match up against the 49ers defense. The Carolina defense has been tough as well, and the Panthers sack the QB among the best in the NFL. San Francisco QB Jimmy Garoppolo does not like pressure, period. He has just seven touchdown passes and six interceptions on the season. Take the points with the Panthers.

I like fading the undefeated 49ers in this spot, where I think their middle-of-the-road offense will have issues against a Carolina defense that has been stellar all year. It's a bad spot for the 49ers with a road Thursday game up next, while the Panthers are in a great spot as an away team coming off a bye, a trend that has cashed 59.7% of the time since 2011. Christian McCaffrey should have some success against a 49ers defense that's better against the pass than the run, and that'll help them stay in a close game and cover the number.

This line says that these teams are even, but I think the Bucs are clearly better. They have an elite rush defense that ranks first in yards per carry allowed, and their ability to slow down Derrick Henry will put the game on Ryan Tannehill's shoulders, which is a plus. The Titans defense has been great but has faced a lot of limited offenses this year, while Jameis Winston and the Bucs have been excellent after a bye over the last four years (averaging 500 yards of offense when you throw out fake Week 1 bye in 2017). The Bucs have played a lot of good teams this year, and they'll win on the road against a mediocre Titans team.

The Bears should be able to run the ball against a banged-up Chargers front that's just 24th in DVOA against the rush. And that means Mitchell Trubisky can manage the game, not have to throw it 50 times and keep his team in front with a positive game script. The Chargers have lost three straight to teams under .500, and they led for just 3:16 in those games combined.

So....the Colts are for real.
I can't back myself up in my terrible plays oppo the Frank Reich machine unneeding of Andrew Luck. At most every turn I have looked for a spot to fade Indy in lieu of the off-season surprise. After last week's full game and defeat of Houston they are on the inside track for the South title.
The Broncos fit the bill for a fantastic spot to defeat KC at home last Thursday with Mahomes gimpy, thr Chefs off 2 bad losses, and the Mile high air on a very short week. The Broncos proceeded to lay an ABSOLUTE egg on offense against a KC defense that ranks far below a standard for such a spot. Indy should be able to really frustrate Flacco and his stagnant offense. Fangio has had closer to 10 days to exemplify his defense in preparation for the Brisset led Colts

Lost in the shuffle is the fact the Jets have a good defense and are really good against the run. The Jaguars don’t have much of a passing game today with both tight ends out in this game and Dede Westbrook iffy today. I don’t think Jacksonville should be big favorites like they are today. The Jets should run the ball a lot with Bell and limit Darnold from making dumb costly plays. I think this will be a very slow paced game that favors the underdog. Jacksonville is just not good enough to be big favorites. Take the Jets.

The Eagles lost a few guys on the defensive line and this year the injury bug has hit them hard in the middle of their defense and in the secondary. Today’s game is going to very windy so the elements are taking Carson Wentz right out of this game for Philly. Buffalo loves to run the ball and the conditions favor them at home. This Eagles team is a mess right now as they can’t protect the football, can’t stop anyone on defense and are having internal issues in the locker room. The Bills have a great defense that is excellent at covering tight ends. Philly lives by finding the tight ends. This Buffalo team is tough and I don’t think the Eagles will be able to match the intensity on the road. Take the Bills.

The Broncos struggles on offense are not a secret. I don’t trust Joe Flacco and I don’t trust the passing game. This team has good running backs, but no receiver scares me. Emmanuel Sanders, who was just traded, was the only threat and now defenses don’t have to double team him. This is a tough surface and building to play in. Indy has a great offensive line that is protecting Jacoby Brissett. This unit just does not give up sacks. TY Hilton can always burn a defense deep. Denver just does not have playmakers that will be able to keep pace in a four quarter game on the road. Take the Colts.

The Jets should run the ball a lot with Bell and limit Darnold from making dumb costly plays. I think this will be a very slow paced game that favors the underdog. Jacksonville is just not good enough to be big favorites. Take the Jets.

Bills -2 over Eagles
The Eagles lost a few guys on the defensive line and this year the injury bug has hit them hard in the middle of their defense and in the secondary. Today’s game is going to very windy so the elements are taking Carson Wentz right out of this game for Philly. Buffalo loves to run the ball and the conditions favor them at home. This Eagles team is a mess right now as they can’t protect the football, can’t stop anyone on defense and are having internal issues in the locker room. The Bills have a great defense that is excellent at covering tight ends. Philly lives by finding the tight ends. This Buffalo team is tough and I don’t think the Eagles will be able to match the intensity on the road. Take the Bills.

Colts -5 over Broncos
The Broncos struggles on offense are not a secret. I don’t trust Joe Flacco and I don’t trust the passing game. This team has good running backs, but no receiver scares me. Emmanuel Sanders, who was just traded, was the only threat and now defenses don’t have to double team him. This is a tough surface and building to play in. Indy has a great offensive line that is protecting Jacoby Brissett. This unit just does not give up sacks. TY Hilton can always burn a defense deep. Denver just does not have playmakers that will be able to keep pace in a four quarter game on the road. Take the Colts.
