NFL | Bucs vs Rams
Play on: Bucs +10½ -130 at 5dimes

BONUS SYSTEM: Since 2004, teams playing a SNF or late games and then playing a game again with less than 6 days rest (facing a team who will have normal rest) are doomed from the start going just 22-40-0 SU and 17-44-1 ATS (27.9%)- Very simple and power: Active to fade the Seahawks and Rams this week

NFL | Bucs vs Rams
Play on: Rams -9½ -110 at sportsbook

My 1* Free Play is on the LA Rams.

The Bucs come in off a win, but they’ve lost seven of their last eight on the road. So far Bucs’ QB Jameis Winston has looked pretty average, going for 782 yards, five TDs and four INTs. The defense has been the weak point so far for TB, as it comes to the West Coast allowing 25.7 PPG thus far. The Rams are conceding just 16.3. LA QB Jared Goff has 738 yards, four TDs and three INTs.

Key Trends:

- Tampa Bay is just 4-8 ATS in its last 12 after allowing 30 points or more.

- LA is 7-3 ATS in its last ten vs. clubs with losing records.

The verdict: LA finally faces a defense in which it can completely dominate from start to finish. I think the home side does indeed keep the foot on the gas the entire way. But what about you? Can Winston and company keep it close, or does Goff lay the hammer down?!

NFL | Cowboys vs Saints
Play on: Cowboys -2½ -108 at Pinnacle

The set-up: New Orleans and Teddy Bridgewater surprised the Seattle Seahawks this past weekend, but I think that Dallas will be more prepared to handle the situation in Week 4. The Cowboys come in off a 31-6 win over Miami, with QB Dak Prescott going for 246 passing yards and two TD’s, while also running in for another major score. Note that the Cowboys are now a sizzling 7-3 (70%) ATS in their last ten after a SU victory.

The pick: Bridgewater had 177 yards passing and two TD’s last week, but note that New Orleans is a terrible 0-6 ATS in its last six after a victory. Dallas has been extremely impressive on both sides of the ball early and I look for it control this one from the outset (additionally note that the Cowboys are 6-1 ATS in their last seven as a road favorite of seven points or less, while New Orleans is just 9-11 ATS in its last 20 at home.)

1* FREE PLAY on the Dallas Cowboys.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals

1* Free NFL Pick on Seattle Seahawks -4½ -110

I think this is the ideal bounce back spot for Seattle. Seahawks are coming off their first loss of the season, as they fell at home to New Orleans without Drew Brees. I think some of that was the Saints being better than expected under Teddy Bridgewater and Seattle maybe not giving them the respect they deserved.

Either way, I think we get a pissed off Seahawks team Sunday and while Kyler Murray has flashed for the Cardinals, he's not Mahomes. He's going to have some ups and downs. The defense is also not great. Arizona just let Panthers backup Kyle Allen throw for 261 yards and 4 touchdowns, while also giving up 173 yards on 31 rush attempts (5.6 yards/carry).

Russell Wilson is too good to not have the Seahawks offense moving up and down the field. I just don't see Arizona being able to keep this within a touchdown. Cardinals are just 3-7 ATS last 10 at home vs a team with a winning road record. Seahawks are 36-17-3 ATS ast 56 off a SU loss and 6-1 ATS last 7 on the road. Take Seattle!

Browns vs. Ravens

Browns vs Ravens Under 45

This play just missed out on our premium card. The Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns face off on Sunday and in this game the value lies with the under.

The Browns offense has been terrible to start the season and now they get to face a Ravens defnese that has been strong. Against the Cardinals they gave up 17 points and after struggling against the Chiefs they are going to want to amek a point in this one.

The Browns offense knows they need to slow down Jackson this week and I think they will use the same gameplan the Cardinals used.

It will be close to this total, but it's going to stay under.

Back the under.

Good Luck, Cappers Club.

Redskins vs. Giants

Play - Washington Redskins (Game 255).

Edges - Redskins: 5-0 ATS 2nd away game of the season versus division foes, and 4-1 ATS off a home game when facing a foe off an away game … Giants: 1-7 ATS home off an away game versus a foe off a home game, and 1-4-1 ATS last six games as a favorite … We recommend a 1* play on Washington. Thank you and good luck as always.

Yes I know it's the Miami Dolphins, plug your nose right. I think people are crazy if you don't believe this team will end up covering numbers. Everyone know this is a bad football team, but most importantly is the fact they haven't gave up. They had a legit shot last week of taking the lead into half at Dallas before a bad turnover. They should have covered, but the fact they didn't the betting public will once again want nothing to do with them. Also lets face the facts that the Chargers are the same team as previous years. They just let teams hang around all game and can't finish them. The Chargers defense is pretty bad right now and they are battling a lot of key injuries. Like I said plug your nose but I like Miami here

Titans vs. Falcons
Titans+4 -109

The Falcons recorded 16 penalties in last week's 27-24 loss at Indianapolis. They have 35 penalties in three games which ranks them dead last in the league . Im betting thei Falcons undisciplined ways make them vulnerable favs here this week, against a desperate Titans team.

Atlanta as a favorite after a game in which they had more than 300 passing yards and is 0-9 ATS in non-conference games over the last 3 seasons.

NFL Home favorites (ATLANTA) - in the first month of the season, non-playoff team from prior season who won their last 2 games are 6-28 ATS L/10 seasons for a go against 83% conversion rate for bettors.

NFL Road teams (TENNESSEE) - after failing to cover the spread in 2 out of their last 3 games, a bad team (25% to 40%) playing a team with a losing record are 34-11 ATS L/5 seasons for a 76% conversion rate for bettors.

Play on the Tenn Titans to cover

Panthers vs. Texans

Jack’s Free Pick Sunday: Carolina Panthers +4

The Carolina Panthers had lost nine of 10 games with most of those coming with Cam Newton at quarterback prior to Kyle Allen taking over last week. Newton has been banged up, but he wasn’t even playing that well when healthy. I seriously think the move to Allen is actually an upgrade, especially since Newton became a drop-back passer and wasn’t using his legs, which is when he’s at his best.

Allen came through with a great performance in a 38-20 road win at Arizona last week. He went 19-of-26 passing for 261 yards and four touchdowns. Christian McCaffrey rushed for 153 yards and a score in the win, and the Panthers outgained the Cardinals by 165 yards in a dominant performance. I think this team gets a boost with Allen as many of the players had to be getting sick and tired of all the Newton drama week in and week out, and they played like it last week.

Carolina is clearly better than its 1-2 record would show. The Panthers are outgaining their opponents by 71 yards per game on the season. Their defense is holding opponents to just 295.3 yards per game and 4.3 yards per play, ranking 4th in total defense and 2nd in yards per play allowed. They held Kyler Murray to just 127 passing yards on 43 attempts last week, an average of just 3.0 yards per attempt. They still have one of the elite defenses in the NFL.

Carolina had eight sacks against the Cardinals last week. They improved their pass rush in the offseason, and that pass rush is going to cause Deshaun Watson and the Texans fits this week. Watson has already been sacked 12 times this season after getting sacked a league-high 61 times last year. That matchup with the Panthers D-Line dominating the Texans O-Line will be a key reason why the Panthers keep this close, likely pulling off the upset.

I think the Texans are riding high after coming back from a 10-point deficit to beat the Chargers 27-20 on the road last week. That’s a Chargers team that has as many injury problems as anyone in the NFL right now, and they took advantage. I think they are overvalued now, and I believe they are primed for a letdown as they come back home here against the Panthers. In their lone home game this season, the Texans were fortunate to beat the Jaguars 13-12 as 7-point favorites. The Jaguars came up inches short on a 2-point conversion that would have won it in the closing seconds.

Ron Rivera is 15-6 ATS off an upset win as an underdog as the coach of Carolina. Rivera is 40-18 ATS after playing a road game as the coach of the Panthers. Carolina is 5-1 ATS in its last six vs. a team with a winning record. Houston is 1-4 ATS in its last five games following an ATS win. The Panthers have new life with Allen and will be highly motivated to get back to .500 on the season with another upset win in Houston. Bet the Panthers Sunday.

The NFL Comp play is on Jacksonville at 4:25 eastern. The Jags come off the big win last Thursday at home over the Titans, that win sets them up in a nice system that plays on game 4 teams off their first win a a dog of more than 1. Long term these dogs are 52-22 to the spread. Denver is back home off a loss but has failed to cover 20 of 28 vs AFC Teams, 4 of 5 off a loss and 10 of 13 after allowing 90 or less yards rushing. The Visitor has covered 5 of 6 and the dog 6 of the last 8. Look for Jacksonville to move to 5-1 to the spread against Denver.

Browns vs. Ravens
Ravens-6½ -112

Sunday NFL Free play. My selection is on Baltimore minus the points over Cleveland at 1 pm et on Sunday.

This is not a good bounce-back spot for the Browns, who left it all on the field and performed admirably in a narrow home loss to an elite Rams squad last Sunday night. I was actually at that game and can vouch for the fact that the Browns are in a prime letdown spot here given what an emotional game that was in front of a raucous home crowd. If the Browns were at full strength maybe they’d have a shot at keeping the Ravens at bay but with cluster injuries in their secondary they’re going to be in tough slowing down Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore offense. On the flip side, there’s little reason to believe in this Browns offense right now. The offensive line is a disaster and play-calling has come into question with QB Baker Mayfield getting harassed on virtually every play. With the Ravens likely to take away WR Odell Beckham Jr. in this one and Jarvis Landry continuing to struggle and TE David Njoku sidelined, Mayfield should be in for another long day. The Ravens couldn’t keep up with the Chiefs last week but I’m confident they’ll fare much better as a home favorite against a division opponent. Take Baltimore (10*).
