What a game!
I've been waiting to say that in this space since Saturday, when I personally got to watch North Carolina and Kentucky in an instant classic right here in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena.
Kentucky outlasted the Carolina, 103-100, and that's a game many won't soon forget. Especially the Tar Heels.
They're going to come out firing today, looking to avenge that loss, as I think they'll handle the disappointing setback with maturity, and a bit of anger.
If there were ever a game Isaiah Hicks was going to break out of his slump - this is the game. Coach Roy Williams has said he wants more out of thim, and this might be the perfect spot for him to get things done.
Look for UNC to speed up the tempo and take advantage of a Panthers team during a down year, in which they rank 341st nationally with adjusted tempo.
Free winner tonight is a blowout with the Heels.
