4* BOSTON -7.5

Celtics have won 5 straight against the Grizzlies, while pounding them on this floor by 18, 30, and 9 points. Memphis is off of a game last night and they stand just 1-4 playing back-to-back this season. Grizz just a 34% spread proposition in their next game off of a win.

Georgia Tech @ Tennessee Chattanooga
Play: 3* Tennessee Chattanooga +15.5

Tennessee Chattanooga has played decent this year with a 5-4 overall record including 3-1 SU at home this season. Tennessee Chattanooga is scoring 84.2 points per game at home this year. Yellow Jackets are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 Monday games. Mocs are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games following a SU win of more than 20 points. My unique power ratings has Georgia Tech winning by only 7.51 points in this game. We'll play Tennessee Chattanooga for 3 units tonight!

Boston @ Memphis
Play: 3* Memphis +7.5

Memphis is 61-35 ATS since 1996 when playing against good defensive teams allowing 91 points per game or less. Memphis is scoring 104.4 points per game overall this year. Memphis is 18-6 ATS overall vs Boston since 1996. Boston is on quite a run but Memphis has won 4 of their last 5 games themselves. Celtics are 8-17-1 ATS in their last 26 games vs. a team with a losing SU record. Celtics are 4-11-1 ATS in their last 16 games following a SU win of more than 10 points. Celtics are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 Monday games. Celtics are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games as a favorite of 5.0-10.5. Celtics are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as a road favorite of 5.0-10.5. Celtics are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. Grizzlies are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Atlantic. Grizzlies are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a home underdog of 5.0-10.5. Grizzlies are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 vs. Eastern Conference. Grizzlies are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a home underdog. Grizzlies are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 home games. Celtics are 4-13-1 ATS in the last 18 meetings. Underdog is 13-4-1 ATS in the last 18 meetings. We'll play Memphis for 3 units tonight!

Troy at Houston

This looks to be a high scoring game as the over/under has reached 171. The spread seems a little high. I think we see Troy stay within the number and have Houston winning by 9 or 10 points. Play Troy +14.

Dave Cokin

Oklahoma City at Denver
Play: Denver -9.5

The Nuggets struggled for a good part of their game with Phoenix the other night, but that can be excused as it was their first game back off a trip. Teams will frequently be off their game a bit in that scenario, and the fact remains Denver was still able to come back and win the game, though they missed on the number. Things should be a lot easier for the Nuggets tonight. They're in the rested homer mode with Oklahoma City losing at home to Lebron James and the Cavaliers on Sunday night. The Thunder are a rousing 7-2 ATS off a loss this season, but I'm not bothered much by that trend. On the other hand, this is only the fourth time all season that Ok City has had to play back to back, and it's the first time all year they've had to play at home and then travel for a game the next night. That's a big advantage for Denver on the scheduling dynamics, and I look for the lopsided result tonight. Give the points and back the Nuggets.

5* MNF Football Total Annihilator

ARIZONA CARDINALS at SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
TAKE: UNDER

The Cardinals (8-4 SU/7-5 ATS) are a pass-first offense with QB Warner (23 TDs, 11 INTs), WR Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin and WR Steve Breaston, ranking 4th in the NFL in passing. The Cards are ready for the playoffs, too, after Sunday night’s impressive 30-10 drubbing of the Vikings, a statement game of sorts, as if to say to the Vikes and Saints: don’t overlook the defending NFC champs. San Francisco (5-7 SU/8-3-1 ATS) has been a cover-machine, playing hard for fiery coach Mike Singletary. But they have lost 6 of its last 8 games after starting the season 3-1. QB Shaun Hill (8 TDs, 3 picks) is benched so QB Alex Smith (13 TDs, 7 picks) is running the offense, ranked 23rd in passing. He has fine targets in TE Vernon Davis and rookie WR Mike Crabtree, but they are a run-first offense under power RB Frank Gore/rookie Glen Coffee, and new OC Jimmy Raye, who wants to run 60 percent of the time. The 49ers come home off a deflating 20-17 loss at Seattle, allowing a FG on the final play. They had a 10-6 win over the Bears, looking lousy in the process, and a 20-3 win over Jacksonville with just 284 total yards. The 49ers have scored more than two offensive touchdowns in any game only five times. Don't look for that to change here on Monday as the Niners look to control the ball on the ground and not get into a shootout with the Cardinals.

MR EAST

MONDAY NIGHT GAME OF THE YEAR!

ARIZONA CARDINALS @ SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
PLAY: SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS +3.5 5 UNITS

Alex Smith has really taken to the spread offense, and since Mike Singletary has gone this route, he has totalled 769 yards with 7 TD's and just 1 INT, and the last 2 games he has suffered just 1 sack. Michael Crabtree has added a weapon, and with TE Vernon Davis elevating towards Pro Bowl status, and Frank Gore coming out of the backfield, he has some weapons. This will be a great spot for the Niners, taking on the division leader at home, after they just played a huge emotional game at home vs the Vikings. Perfect letdown spot. Think back a couple years ago, when Buffalo hosted Dallas, their first Monday Night appearance in quite some time, they played their best game of the year. Last year in Houston, the Texans hosted a Monday Night game vs the Jags, and won by 13. So now the Niners host a Monday Night affair for the first time in a few years. This is the most meaningless game for the Cards after a huge emotional win at home, and I'd expect them to be flat as a pancake here. After their big win vs the Vikings the public is all over the Cards here, only 3.5 vs the lowly Niners? Remember the Cards are just 7-21 ATS on the road vs a team with a losing record in their last 28. Niners have not lost the money in their last 8 games posted as a dog. This is my NFL MONDAY NIGHT GAME OF THE YEAR!!!!
