ANTONY DINERO

Boise St. vs. TCU
Pick: TCU -7

Boise State's strength this season has been the offensive line's ability to push inferior competition around and buy time for Kellen Moore. Against TCU, they won't afford their QB that luxury, instead scrambling to keep Jerry Hughes off his scent. That's the game-changer here. Look for the Horned Frogs to do what they do best and play bully, containing Boise's big plays to win convincingly. Back TCU -7 and the under, 54.

CHI -1.5 vs OKL

The Bulls have been a good defensive team all season and the numbers speak by themselves: they are allowing 97.1 points per game - good for the 10th best NBA mark and they are allowing their opponents to shot 43.9% from the field - only the Cavaliers, Lakers and the Magic have better numbers in this department!

The problem for them is related with their offense, as they are in the bottom in any major offensive ranking. We can say that Vinny Del Negro sucks and blame him for the struggles, but bottom line this problem is all about the lacking of executing of their players. The Bulls won't win many games if Derrick Rose plays the way he did in the first months of the competition or if Tyrus Thomas doesn't step up on the court. That happened with the Bulls early on the season and naturally that the Bulls struggled to win.

However, Derrick Rose is improving his game and against the Magic he made his best performance in the season with 30 points (11-for-23 from the field, 8-for-10 FT), seven assists and six boards! It was the sixth time in the last seven games that Rose has gone over 20 points and he is averaging 24 points over his last five outings, after averaging just 16.2 ppg in November per example. The Bulls are riding a season high 4-game winning streak and last game against Orlando was a good sign of their improvement: they outrebounded the Magic, they held Howard to a 3-7 shooting night and they had a nice ball movement with 21 assists and 12 turnovers.

Meanwhile, the Thunder is coming from a tough loss in Milwaukee after overtime against the Bucks and naturally that they want to bounce back tonight. However there are some problems related with this team: Both Thabo Sefolosha and Russell Westbrook are struggling with some injuries of late and in the case of Westbrook this is problematic for the team. In the last 4 games, Westbrook has shot 4-12, 5-14, 3-12 and 6-16, a total mark of 18-54 from the field (only 33%). Plus the Thunder is having some problems to secure the glass as in the last 3 games, they allowed their opponents to grab 13, 17 and 19 offensive boards and the Chicago is a great offensive rebounding team - currently they are the 4th best team in the league and with the return of Tyrus Thomas, they are even more stronger on this department.

I believe that the Bulls have the momentum on their side for tonight and they have some important edges on their side as well like the rebound battle that justifies them to be more favored for tonight and that's why I'm taking them tonight.

NOTE: The line sent to the clients was -1,5 but it's still ok to bet it at -3.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 504 Chicago Bulls (-1,5)

20-2 ATS Fiesta Bowl Super System Play!

Play: Boise State

We can’t wait to see two of the nation’s undefeated teams in a rematch of last year’s 17-16 TCU win over Boise State in the Poinsettia Bowl. Talk about a pair of heavyweights: last year’s loss to TCU has been Boise State’s lone defeat in the past two seasons while the Frogs have been beaten by only Oklahoma and a perfect 2008 Utah squad. Today’s game pits the proverbial irresistible force against the immovable object. The Broncos lead the nation in scoring at 44.3 PPG (they’ve scored at least 40 points in seven straight games), rank No. 8 in total offense behind QB Kellen Moore, who has thrown for a whopping 39 TDs in 2009 while suffering only three picks! Coach Chris Petersen’s scoring machine will face off with a ferocious Horned Frog stop unit that finished No. 1 in total defense (233.3 YPG) and No. 6 in scoring defense (12.4 PPG). But TCU’s resume doesn’t end with defense – the Froggies’ offense enjoyed its own record-setting year. QB Andy Dalton earned MWC Player of the Year honors by throwing for 2,484 yards and 22 TDs while rushing for an additional 522 yards. TCU’s unique 4-2-5 defensive-scheme is spearheaded by monster DE Jerry Hughes. The Frogs held eight opponents to season low – or 2nd low – yardage this season and is the only team in the FBS to outgain every opponent this season. But Boise State owns a formidable 11-1 SU and 9-2-1 ATS record against bowlers the last two years and WAC bowl dogs off a win of 20 or more points are 10-0 ATS versus a greater than .700 opponent. Now that what's we call a matchup of Goliaths. The bottom line to this contest comes from our reliable database, as it tells us to: Play On any bowl dog of seven or more points with a win percentage of .834 or higher is they allow less than 18.5 or less PPG and its opponent allows 9.5 or more PPG. That's because these underdogs are 20-2 ATS. With the Broncos 48-4 SU under Petersen, with only two losses by more than three points, we'll back this potent pup tonight. We recommend a 3-unit play on Boise State.

*Best Bet* Boise State (+7) for 3.5 Units

No question that TCU is the real deal in an underrated conference; however, Boise State is a dangerous dog in this spread range (4-0 ATS) and a strong bowl participant (6-3 ATS). Broncos' HC Petersen is always well prepared to find mismatches he can exploit and he may have it tonight. TCU All MWC corner Priest injured his ankle less than two weeks ago and he may have trouble going tonight. Boise has two big time playmakers who can find the end zon: Austin Pettis (probable) who had 14 TD receptions, all in the red zone, prior to injuring his ankle; Titus Young is a big time receiver who can take it to the house from anywhere on the field (2 kickoff returns forTDs). And QB Kellen Moore with a sensational 39 TD / 3 INT while completing 65% of his passes, can deliver. We do know that TCU All American DE Jerry Hughes will be matched against OT Myers (freshman), a mismatch; however, Boise won't hang him out to dry. Boise has a run game and will keep Hughes at bay with sprint draws and chip him with a back when passing. TCU's offense is explosive this year but Boise is well disciplined defensively and can limit production enough for Boise to be competitive. Boise is a super 9-0 ATS on grass and 6-1 ATS in non conference action throw in revenge from last year's one point loss, and we'll take a TD.

I’ll keep this one simple: I believe the Froggies are the BEST TEAM IN AMERICA and this so-called battle of unbeatens will be over at halftime! In the ROUT OF THE BOWL SEASON, I’m 100% certain that TCU will absolutely DESTROY the overmatched Broncos – so your play is on BOISE ST.

Boise State vs. TCU

Two of the nation's (5) remaining undefeated teams get together for a re-match of last season's Poinsettia Bowl, (17-16 TCU Victory), as (13-0) Boise State and (12-0) TCU put their perfect records on the line in this Fiesta Bowl. TCU HC Gary Patterson has the Horned Frogs in their 5th consecutive Bowl Game and their 1st BCS Bowl Game. Patterson's team's have won (11) or more games (8) times and although he returns a lot of talent from a year ago, the nation's top rated defense from a year ago lost (7) starters. These Horned Frogs are fast and fundamentally sound and may have the nation's most sound Offensive Unit as their (469 yds) per game ranks 4th in the nation and their 6th ranked Scoring Defense surrenders just (23 ppg). The Broncos participation in this Fiesta Bowl almost promises to make this game one of the most entertaining of all the BCS Bowl Games. Boise State HC Chris Peterson has the Broncos in their 8th straight Bowl Game and 2nd BCS Bowl Game, good enough to get him a Huge Payday with a contract extension. The Broncos will need to improve on the (45) yards of rushing that they posted in last season's Bowl Game and have QB Kellen Moore to continue his mistake play by not taking sacks or throwing interceptions. Moore will need to perform at the highest level he's played to bring home a win. We just want to make sure he brings home a winning ticket as we'll grab BSU plus the healthy number of points in a closely contested contest. The underdogs in Bronco Bowl Games are have covered (5) of (6) ATS and Boise State is on a (4-1) ATS run as Bowl Game underdogs. TCU Bowl Games have seen the underdog cash a winning ticket at a (7-3) ATS rate. Boise State did it's best work on offense averaging (44.2 ppg) which ranked #1 nationally and although we doubt they'll get their average here we'll grab the touchdown and even take a bit of the money line action on the Broncos as well. 5* Pot of Gold Boise State Broncos
