Arkansas gave Alabama fits last year before the 'Tide created turnovers down the stretch to close strong with a narrow SU win but Arkansas cover. Today, we'll look for a more mature Arkansas team to hang tight. Petrino has done a nice job developing QB Tyler Wilson (69% completions) and he has some speedy skill players to go to. On the other hand, the big improvement for Arkansas this season is defensively, where Petrino emphasized over the off-season -- recruiting fast and hard playing defensive players. The Hogs play the run well and should give the Crimson Tide a hard time in their first big test. Arkansas is a solid 4-1 ATS off a non-conference game against an opponent off a double-digit SU win. Arkansas the call.
