Last season I got on a losing streak and joked about changing the name of my service to Just Fade Me, Baby. I immediately went on a nice winning streak. Figured I'd try it again. Things have not been going my way this year in the NFL. I am having the worst season that I have ever had. In college I am doing a little better, up about 8 units, but that still is not good enough. I won my big 5* star play on Oregon on Saturday and K-State came through on a 4* play, but the rest of the plays were not as successful to bring the final tally to a loss on the day of about 1 unit. On Sunday when going down the list of games, usually only a few jump out at me as great plays. Looking at the games on this Sunday almost all of them were saying "pick me, pick me." I decided to simply go with my gut and went ahead and gave star rating of at least 3 units on all but two games. After making my picks I browsed some of the forums where the service plays of the "experts" are posted and I see that most of the highest-priced bullshit artists are on the opposite side of my picks. That gives me a great feeling about my picks today!!! Good luck, and don't forget to always buy that 1/2 point to three. (for you newcomers who don't know what I'm talking about, if "your" team is getting 2 1/2 points, you will buy the hook so your team gets 3 points. If your team is giving 3 1/2 points, you would buy down so you are only giving 3 points. This is the only number when it is advised to always buy the hook. On major plays where I am risking a larger portion of my bankroll I will sometimes buy the hook (or more). But that is very rare and usually at the end of the season during bowl games, playoffs and Super Bowl where I like to go for the "knockout punch" and lay much more on the games.)
