With the public perception of the Dallas Cowboys very low, odds makers are trying to trap the public by getting them to lay more than a TD with Green Bay. We won't bite. Last week's result against Jacksonville was extremely misleading. The Cowboys were hurt by 3 Jon Kitna interceptions, but it can't be overlooked that all three of those passes hit the hands of his receivers. Kitna played well enough for Dallas to win that game, and I expect him to play even better today. This Dallas team is still loaded with talent, especially on the defensive side of the football. Sick and tired of being embarrassed, this proud group will show up tonight. History is certainly on our side when you consider that plays on any team (Dallas) after failing to cover the spread in 5 or 6 out of their last 7 games, a team winning 25% or less of its games, playing a team with a winning record, are 22-4 ATS the last 5 seasons. Teams fitting into this situation are only losing by 3.2 points on average, and most of these teams haven't been as talented as this Dallas side. The Packers are a lousy 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as a favorite. Take Dallas and the points.
