Not sold on TB with many holes to fill offensively and a suspect run stop unit. Consequently, we'll look for the Panthers defense, which were strong for a half and got some unfortunate breaks (penalties) in the secondary last week, to step up their effort this week at home. Josh Freeman presents a different style passing game than Eli Manning's; a style more conducive to playing into the hands of Carolina's swarming bodies. The Panthers ravaged Freeman last season and should disrupt his game on this field today. And we'll look for the Panthers' run game to get cooking. Panthers are a staggering 54-11 when they carry the ball 30+ times. We see that occurring today as Williams and Stewart should see plenty of daylight. Carolina has shown resilience off poor performances under Fox and we'll look for the Panthers to get it together here.
