Chicago went 3-1 SU and ATS vs the Knicks last season, winning the two home games by an average margin of 21.0 points per game. This NBA Atlantic division has been very profitable opponents for the Bulls as well. Chicago went 9-3 ATS last year vs this division, including a PERFECT 5-0 ATS at home since December.
The first thing that jumped out at us in regards to this game was the EXTENDED rest that the Knicks are in. They last played on Saturday night (lost to Portland). It's very unusual for teams to be playing with 4 or more days rest this early in the season. It appears that 'Rest equals RUST' on this particular day of the week.
1-10 ATS last 3 years: All NBA teams playing with 4+ days rest on a THURSDAY (Knicks). In the first 2 months of the season, these teams have gone a PERFECT 0-5 ATS.
Chicago comes in having last played on Monday. In the last 2 seasons, the BULLS are a PERFECT 3-0 ATS in a '2 / 4+' rest situation (2 days rest for Chic / 3+ days rest for opp). The Knicks on the other hand... have gone a PERFECT 0-3 ATS in the last 2 seasons playing on a '4+ / 2' REST situation!

8-0 ATS: All Home Favs of 13 3 points playing of BB SU losses of 5 or less points EACH (Knicks).
