For a number of different reasons I believe the value in this contest is on the "over":
Ted Lilly gets the call for the visitors; although he's pitched extremely well since being acquired by the Dodgers, Lilly is coming off a loss his last time out, allowing three runs on seven hits over six frames; suffice to say I expect him to continue to slide here.
In six career starts versus the Giants, Lilly is 3-1, but with a 4.66 ERA.
In the other dugout: Jonathan Sanchez heads to the hill for the home side; the best word to describe Sanchez this year would be: inconsistent.
His ERA balloons to 3.64 when tossing in front of the home town crowd.
Bottom line: Both pitchers have played extremely well over the last month, but have shown signs of slowing down; I believe both will suffer a letdown here.
