Indianapolis Colts vs. New England Patriots
Play: New England Patriots -7

Patriots had a similar situation against the Broncos a few years ago after the Broncos shocked Pitt late at home with Tebow throwing the winning pass and then the team went on the road to play the mighty Patriots and the rest was history. Although Andrew Luck is already a great QB I don't think his team can duplicate what they did last week. I see a major hung over Colts team after the 2nd best come back in NFL playoff history. Patriots won't take their foot off the gas in this one as Brady and the offense will click to score 30+ points.

Phoenix +1

Since early December, the Suns have lost only six games, one of which was a 104-99 loss to the Grizzlies last night. After their previous five losses the Suns have been spectacular. They are 5-0 SU and 5-0 ATS; winning as a double-digit dog in Houston, winning as a dog in Denver, beating the 76ers by 14, the Bucks by 16 and beating the Timberwolves in Minnesota. They should be able to handle the Pistons.

Yes, the Suns are playing the second of back-to-back road games and their fourth road game in five days. However, the Pistons are playing their fourth game in five days as well and Detroit is 0-6 ATS (-10.25 ppg) when playing their fourth game in five days, losing by an average of 14 ppg.

The Pistons caught the Sixers in a favorable spot and took advantage of the opportunity to break a six-game SU and ATS losing streak. Philadelphia was terrible defensively and on the defensive boards. The Sixers actually outshot Detroit 43.2% to 42.6% but they allowed the Pistons to grab 25 offensive boards while Detroit fired up 30 three-pointers. The Sixers also had the ball stolen from them six times by the Pistons. The linesmakers are giving the Pistons too much credit for this victory.

In fact, NBA teams are 0-11 ATS (-8.91 ppg) at home with at most one day of rest after a double-digit win in which their opponent stole the ball at least twelve times and 0-6 ATS (-8.83 ppg) at home after a win in which they attempted at least 10 more three pointers than their season-to-date average.

New Orleans is known for Drew Brees and its high-flying offense, but in reality this is a team that has had as many “unders” as “overs” the last three seasons and has trended more to the “under” recently. In fact, this season the Saints have gone under in 11 of 17 games overall and in seven of their last eight. They have also cashed “under” tickets in seven of nine road games this season and in 11 of their last 13 games against NFC competition. Seattle has also played low-scoring games in recent weeks, cashing five straight “under” tickets, while averaging less than 17 points per game on offense in its last four games. These two defenses allowed the fewest and second-fewest passing yards per game this season, so you can expect both offenses to try and establish the run today, especially with sloppy conditions expected and, of course, deafening crowd noise from the "12th Man." Go under.

The Toronto Raptors are enjoying a 3-game lead in the weak Atlantic Division but the Brooklyn Nets are closing in fast. The Nets have won 5 straight games including a double OT win last night over Miami. That's a small reason for our play against them here. Not only is the second night of a back to back for the Nets it's also their 3rd in four nights and 6th game in nine days. The Nets are without Brook Lopez (foot) and Deron Williams (ankle) who are both sitting out with injuries, and relied heavily on the starters last night including the aging Garnett and Pierce. This is a big game for the Raptors who lost to Brooklyn at home 102-100 on Nov. 26 despite 27 points from DeMar DeRozan. The Raptors turned their season around when they traded away Rudy Gay having won 10 of their last 14 games. The Raptors last three home wins have all come by 13 or more points and they've feasted on teams with losing records by going 10-4 ATS this season against sub .500 teams. The Nets have struggled on the road with a 7-10 ATS record overall and have an average loss margin of -7.5PPG. The line is inflated by 2 points but we still feel it's not enough considering the schedule. The Raptors 2 days of rest will pay off in the end and they'll win this game by double digits.

Missouri got off to an 11-0 start this year but has gone 2-2 in their last four games. Their last two games were maybe their worst efforts of the season, beating Long Beach State and losing to Georgia at home. The Georgia loss occurred as a 14-point favorite, and snapped their 26-game home winning streak. This should serve as a wakeup call for the Tigers, who were good enough to beat UCLA and win at NC State and are certainly good enough to win at Auburn.

Auburn is coming off a tough loss at Ole Miss, who played without leading scorer Marshall Henderson. The Tigers have made some improvements since losing badly to Iowa State and Illinois, especially on the defensive end. They had won four straight games since those two lopsided losses, but the best two wins came against Boston College and Clemson, neither of which possesses the kind of firepower that Missouri does.

Auburn does not have much of a home court edge in their new gym, and they are lacking in the talent department. Two players, KT Harrell and Chris Denson make up the majority of their offense. They combined to take 34 of Auburn’s 56 shots in the loss at Ole Miss. Those two need help and it doesn’t appear to be on the roster. With Missouri coming in off a disappointing home loss, Auburn won’t be catching a flat team today.

For those who follow Ole Miss Rebels basketball you know their best player is fiery guard Marshall Henderson who late this afternoon will be serving the last of a three-game suspension which was levied due to questionable off the court conduct. At most offshore locations the opening price tag for this rivalry contest saw the Rebels as only a slight one-and-a-half point favorite but that has shot up in part because today’s visitor has strung together five consecutive victories. But it should be pointed out both sides in today’s game have identical overall records (10-4) and the host Bulldogs have won 8 of 9 overall in front of their own fans. In addition this rivalry series has seen the HOME team win outright in each of the most recent four tussles. I am aware that the Miss State Bulldogs are off an ugly 22 point road loss Wednesday at Kentucky, but they actually LED that game straight-up at halftime
