IOWA @ PURDUE | 12/03 | 9:00 PM EST
OVER 160.5
ANALYSIS: Big Ten opener for both and these are the two highest-scoring offenses in the country. The Hawkeyes are averaging 94 PPG and the Boilermakers 92.4. This game is going to be amazing to watch, very fast paced and high scoring. It will explode past the total.
NOTRE DAME @ BOSTON COLLEGE | 12/03 | 6:00 PM EST
BOSTON COLLEGE +4
ANALYSIS: This is a fade on the Irish as they 1-5 ATS and have lost three of their past four SU. The Eagles have been overperforming so far, and their defense has been outstanding in only allowing 60.1 PPG. Notre Dame should struggle again and BC will cover.
MANHATTAN @ SIENA | 12/03 | 7:00 PM EST
UNDER 131.5
ANALYSIS: Both of these teams are terrible offensively. KenPom ranks the Jaspers with the No. 282 offense nationally and the Saints 296. These teams also play with no pace. Manhattan also has a very strong defense as well as it allows just 60.8 PPG, and that number should go down against the Saints. This will be played at a slow pace with both offenses struggling to put any points on the board.

MIAMI @ INDIANA | 12/03 | 7:00 PM EST
INDIANA -5.5
ANALYSIS: The Heat are running out of healthy players. Bam Adebayo, (thumb), Jimmy Butler (back) and Markieff Morris (neck) are all expected to sit out. With them out Monday, the Heat loss by 26 points to the Cavaliers. They have little size up front to battle with Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner, so the Pacers have the chance to earn a decisive victory.

NEW JERSEY @ WINNIPEG | 12/03 | 8:00 PM EST
WINNIPEG -200
ANALYSIS: The Jets were off last night while the Devils were in Minnesota. The Jets have been struggling lately including getting shutout in the last game by the Coyotes but they had 41 shots on goal so it wasn’t because they weren’t trying. The Jets have lost 6 of their last 7 games but they have been much better at home this season at 7-3-1 vs. 3-5-3 on the road, and the Devils are expected to start their backup Jonathan Bernier since Blackwood started last night. The Devils have lost 7 of 10 and they are 3-4-2 on the road this season. Take the rested Jets at home.
EDMONTON @ SEATTLE | 12/03 | 10:00 PM EST
EDMONTON -130
ANALYSIS: Kraken are expected to start Philip Grubauer again with Chris Dreidger injured. The Oilers have won 7 of their last 10 games and they are 7-4-0 on the road this season. They were the best road team in the league last season. The Kraken are starting to turn it around a bit but they have still lost 6 of their last 10 and they are 5-6-0 at home. Philip Grubauer has lost 7 of his last 9 starts and he has won just 1 game this year while allowing 3 goals or more. I expect the Oilers to put up 3 goals tonight so I am taking the Oilers on the road.
VEGAS @ ARIZONA | 12/03 | 9:30 PM EST
ARIZONA +190
ANALYSIS: Karel Vejmelka should be in the net for the Coyotes, and he is coming off a 40 save shutout in Winnipeg. The Coyotes have actually won 4 of their last 10 games now while the Golden Knights have lost 2 in a row and 4 of 10. The Knights are getting healthier, but they still struggle on the road at 5-5-0. Robin Lehner is 9-9-0 with a 3.08 GAA this season and he has lost 3 of his last 4 starts. The Puck line at -135 is tempting but I will go for it on the ML with the home dog.

PHILADELPHIA @ ATLANTA | 12/03 | 7:30 PM EST
ATLANTA -1.5
ANALYSIS: These teams are in different places since meeting Oct. 30 at Philadelphia in the Sixers' 122-94 win. The Sixers have lost three of four despite the return of Joel Embiid. The Hawks have won eight of their last nine (7-2 ATS) with Trae Young taking control and scoring 30 points or more in their last five. Take the Hawks to cover Friday.
W. KENTUCKY @ UTSA | 12/03 | 7:00 PM EST
W. KENTUCKY -3
ANALYSIS: These clubs met Oct. 9, with UTSA winning 52-46 with WKU favored by three at home. WKU QB Bailey Zappe had 523 yards passing, five TDs and an interception. That’s the last game the Hilltoppers lost. Since, they’ve won seven straight (6-1 ATS) and have covered the spread in the last five. Their defense has gotten better along the way. UTSA has struggled for the past three weeks with no covers finally lost with the undefeated pressure building. I think the Roadrunners lose Saturday because of being mentally exhausted and still getting no respect at 11-1.
OREGON @ UTAH | 12/03 | 8:00 PM EST
OREGON +2.5
ANALYSIS: Utah lost three road games, the last at Oregon State before the Utes reeled off wins in their final five (3-2 ATS). Utah road wins include visits to Arizona, Stanford and USC. The edge Utah had at home two weeks ago against Oregon is gone. This game is on the fast track in Las Vegas and the Ducks have less pressure than when they played at Salt Lake while in the playoff chase. Oregon wants revenge, too. Take the Ducks to win.

IOWA @ PURDUE | 12/03 | 9:00 PM EST
OVER 160.5
ANALYSIS: Iowa and Purdue, in order, are the top two scoring offenses in college basketball. Each team is averaging over 92 points per game. Iowa only scored 75 at Virginia, but that is still almost 20 points more than Virginia usually allows. Only Villanova has held the Boilermakers under 90. This game has a better chance of being over 180 than under 160.5. Take the over.

PHOENIX @ GOLDEN ST. | 12/03 | 10:00 PM EST
GOLDEN ST. -6.5
ANALYSIS: The Dubs have rattled off 10 consecutive double-digit wins at the Chase Center. No team can top their 9-2-1 record against the spread at home. While Golden State was handily defeated by Phoneix earlier this week, Devin Booker's hamstring injury will put the visitors at a disadvantage against the NBA's top-ranked defense. The Warriors are 9-0-1 against the spread in their previous 10 home games.

FEATURED PICK
OREGON @ UTAH | 12/03 | 8:00 PM EST
UTAH -2.5
ANALYSIS: Pac-12 title game from Las Vegas. On games like this I read each team's beat writers and their picks to get an idea of what they are thinking ... usually, the beat writers are homers but in this case several Oregon writers are backing Utah. Remember, the Utes smacked the Ducks 38-7 two weeks ago. That will not happen again as it was in Salt Lake City and the Utes were utterly dominant there this year. Oregon was utterly dominant in Eugene. I'm taking Utah as it is playing better over the past month-plus. The Ducks have had a handful of close calls this season and are really thin at receiver and down a couple of defensive starters. The Utes also are making it very clear they want to play in the Rose Bowl for the first time.
+993 46-32-1 IN LAST 79 CFB PICKS
VEGAS @ ARIZONA | 12/03 | 9:30 PM EST
UNDER 6
ANALYSIS: Little surprised this total is 6 as Arizona is the worst offensive team in the NHL and goaltender Karel Vejmelka has allowed just one goal over his past two starts. Vegas seems to score either four goals in a game or two. I think at worst we push here. The Under is 7-3 in the Coyotes' past 10 overall.
