MLB | L.A. ANGELS @ TORONTO | 08/26 | 7:07 PM EDT
TORONTO -178
ANALYSIS: I'm taking a minor risk here because the Jays had to travel back home late from Boston following another extra-inning game and really blew out their bullpen in back-to-back-games. Two reasons, though, I'm going to jump this now: Toronto is usually a monster at home and the Angels have lost six straight on the road; and we know the Halos will be without at least a few players due to COVID restrictions. We just don't know whom yet, which is weird that teams don't have to tell us until day of game (I can't remember not knowing the night before by any other team visiting Toronto). What if it's Mike Trout or Shohei Ohtani? Toronto should win regardless, but this ML would obviously skyrocket if one of those two.

MLB | SAN DIEGO @ KANSAS CITY | 08/26 | 8:10 PM EDT
KANSAS CITY +150
ANALYSIS: There’s just no reason the Padres should be favored this heavily against anybody right now. Juan Soto will most likely be back in the lineup, but he also has missed the last game and a half so it’s possible he isn’t. The Royals are also 10-13 since the trade deadline but they are 9-5 at home in that span. The Padres are 10-12 since the trade deadline and that includes 3-6 on the road. Kris Bubic has struggled a bit in his past couple outings, but he had been on a roll before that. Joe Musgrove has been great this season, but he has been a bit more susceptible lately especially on the road. The Padres are also ranked 24th in the league in WOBA against lefties since the trade deadline.
MLB | ARIZONA @ CHI. WHITE SOX | 08/26 | 8:10 PM EDT
CHI. WHITE SOX -178
ANALYSIS: The White Sox lost their series against the Orioles in heartbreaking fashion, but they did look a lot better than they have been and they play much better at home. They are 12-11 since the trade deadline but they are 7-2 at home in that span. The Diamondbacks have been better on the road lately at 6-5 since the trade deadline, but they were playing teams like the Giants, Rockies and Royals. They are 24-35 on the road on the season. Tommy Henry has been solid since his debut but he is still a rookie. The White Sox are also ranked 10th in the league in wOBA against lefties since the trade deadline. The White Sox bullpen hasn’t been great ranked 23rd in the league since the trade deadline but the Diamondbacks have been even worse at dead last. Johnny Cueto has been unreal this season and he is 3-1 with a 2.13 ERA in his last seven starts. Yoan Moncada left last night’s game early but they should be fine if he can’t play.

MLB | CLEVELAND @ SEATTLE | 08/26 | 10:10 PM EDT
CLEVELAND -115
ANALYSIS: Shane Bieber has pitched five straight quality starts and has a 3.00 ERA on the road. Logan Gilbert has a 4.06 ERA at home, and he has been hit hard lately. The Guardians are 13-8 since the trade deadline but 7-2 on the road. Mariners 13-8 and 6-4 at home. The Guardians have the best bullpen since the trade deadline, but Mariners are second. I think the Guardians bounce back behind their ace.

MLB | SAN FRANCISCO @ MINNESOTA | 08/26 | 8:10 PM EDT
MINNESOTA -130
ANALYSIS: The Twins return home after dropping six straight games. Joe Ryan's home ERA is 2.95, and he holds batters to a 29.6% hard-hit rate overall. The Giants' Alex Wood hasn't pitched in seven days and brings in a 38.5% hard-hit rate. Ryan is 5-1 after a pitching loss of late, and the Twins are 6-1 in their last seven home games against left-handed starters. Minnesota is ranked No. 12 (+26) in defensive runs saved, while San Francisco is ranked No. 29 (-35) this season. I'm on Minnesota.
