At 3 pm, our selection is on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers minus the points over Middle Tennessee. In its last game, Western Kentucky gave the 17-4 UAB Blazers all they could handle, before falling by three points at home, 68-65. And that was Western's fourth straight loss by single digits. Still, the Hilltoppers either pushed or covered the point spread in that game. This afternoon, the Hilltoppers are favored against the Blue Raiders. And we'll lay the points, as home favorites off a home loss, and 3+ losses overall, have cashed 67.1% vs. conference foes off a road win, and 3+ wins overall. Even better: the Hilltoppers are a perfect 8-0 ATS as a home favorite off a home loss, if matched up against a foe with a winning ATS record. Take Western Kentucky. ANALYSIS: Oakland is the best team in this conference and should have absolutely no issue with Illinois-Chicago. In their last two games, the Flames lost to Detroit Mercy by 13 and Wright State by 16. Oakland is ranked 100 spots better than both of those teams and is still getting a smaller line. My model is makes this line 15 points and I think it could come closer to 20 points based on recent play. UIC might be one of the bottom 50 teams in the nation right now. I'll take the home favorite here in this massive mismatch.

ANALYSIS: What model doesn't have this line as too big? All of my favorite models and my own are saying that this should much closer to a one point loss, or maybe even a pick'em, for Louisiana Monroe. Have they been great this season? No, they have not. They are 2-8 against the spread in their last ten games but have defended home court well, winning 7 of the 11 games on their own floor. Lucky for us, Georgia State on the road is just 2-7 ATS and I think they're prone to taking a loss in this game. Even if the Panthers win here, I like the ULM Warhawks to cover with the generous 4.5 points. Trust the model.

ANALYSIS: I really do not trust the Bonnies to cover a double digit spread right now. Plus, we just won on St. Joes, who looked solid in that win against Duquesne. Bonaventure is a underwhelming 5-11 ATS this year and while they probably win this matchup, +11 is too many points. These teams both just lost to George Mason in the last week, and Bonaventure's defeat was two points worse! My model is coming back with St Joes losing by 7.5 points. I'll take the 3.5 points of value and fade what appears to be a public side in St Bonaventure.

ANALYSIS: My model has this one with VCU winning by a point. This should be a tight game and getting +3 on a team like VCU that has done so well on the road this season (7-1 ATS) is a good value play. This is a battle between Virginia teams that know each other well and that VCU has won in recent years. The last three games between these A10 foes in Richmond have been won by VCU. I'll wager that it probably goes to the Rams today again, but if not, they should cover +3. Take the points.

ANALYSIS: With Wake Forest's spread at +1, I'm going to opt for the moneyline at even odds. My expected distribution of results indicates that if the Demon Deacons lose, it'll be by multiple points more times than not. So I'll leave the point on the table. The model does make Wake a -135 favorite here, though. Even KenPom puts them at 61% to win, which equates to -156 in American odds. I think we're getting good value on a strong Wake Forest team here, they beat Virginia on the road and have been hot since. Grab the moneyline.

Plus, I have a feeling the Kraken will not start No. 1 Philipp Grubauer because he's due a game off and with Seattle playing again Sunday. I like the Islanders even if it is Grubauer and this will get north of -200 by game time.

I am expecting the Blue Devils to dominate this game on both ends with their size and skill, and easily cover this spread.

Senators are missing a bunch of key players but the Ducks are missing a couple key players too.
