DALLAS @ L.A. CLIPPERS | 11/23 | 10:30 PM EST
L.A. CLIPPERS -4.5
ANALYSIS: Taking a bit of a risk here because I wouldn't like the Clippers at -4.5 if Luka Doncic returns from injury, but supposedly Luka aggravated his left knee/ankle injury while running through a scrimmage after Monday's practice. The Dallas Morning News report made it sound fairly serious so I'll have to guess he's not returning Tuesday. This spread will only rise when/if he's ruled out.
L.A. LAKERS @ NEW YORK | 11/23 | 7:30 PM EST
NEW YORK -162
ANALYSIS: LeBron James will not play so I only expect this moneyline to rise during the day -- there's also the fact the Lakers play again Wednesday so maybe they rest Russell Westbrook or Anthony Davis (although I doubt it).

GEORGE MASON @ NEVADA | 11/23 | 7:00 PM EST
GEORGE MASON +3.5
ANALYSIS: The wrong team is favored in this game. The Wolfpack have been terrible so far. They lost by 27 points yesterday while allowing 102 points. The Patriots have looked good on both ends of the floor. They are on fire from beyond the arc and that should continue against the Wolfpack’s terrible defense.
NEB.-OMAHA @ TEXAS TECH | 11/23 | 8:00 PM EST
OVER 137.5
ANALYSIS: This number is way too low. The Red Raiders' offense has been spectacular so far this season. They are averaging 86.3 points on 48.5 percent shooting from the field. The Mavericks are terrible defensively so the Red Raiders will have an easy time scoring. And the Mavericks are good enough offensively to do their part and get this game Over.
SO. UTAH @ YALE | 11/23 | 12:00 PM EST
YALE -2.5
ANALYSIS: This play is a fade on the Thunderbirds. In their three games against Division I opponents, they are 0-3 straight up and against the spread. They have looked terrible on both ends of the court and they have shown no potential to get better. The Bulldogs are really strong defensively and they have shown some sparks offensively. The Bulldogs are a much better and more experienced team. They have good chemistry and it shows on defense. Lay the points.

SO. UTAH @ YALE | 11/23 | 12:00 PM EST
YALE PK
ANALYSIS: Yale shot 4 of 23 from deep in its loss to Vermont last time out. I'm expecting more accuracy from the Bulldogs this afternoon in Fort Myers, Fla. The Bulldogs are 6-1 ATS in their last seven following a loss, and their defense has been consistently solid outside of a blowout loss to Seton Hall.
WISCONSIN @ HOUSTON | 11/23 | 5:00 PM EST
HOUSTON -6.5
ANALYSIS: Houston is allowing just 48.3 points per game. If the Badgers are going to win or cover, they've got to get hot from outside. But they shoot just 29.3 percent from deep. Look for a nice bounceback game from Marcus Sasser as the Cougars cover.

CSFULLERTON @ UT-RIO GRANDE VALLEY | 11/23 | 9:00 PM EST
UT-RIO GRANDE VALLEY +9
ANALYSIS: The model makes this one a seven-point spread, and it looks like Texas-Rio Grande Valley should be able to keep this game within double digits. The Vaqueros play with an elevated pace and can go on scoring runs. Grab them and the points.

SO. UTAH @ YALE | 11/23 | 12:00 PM EST
SO. UTAH +1
ANALYSIS: There has been some late sharp action flowing on Southern Utah, so I'll take the plunge for this game in Fort Myers. Both teams were picked to win their respective conference this year, but Yale lost three starters off its 2019-20 Ivy League championship team (no Ivy action last season), while Southern Utah brings back four starters from its Big Sky regular-season title club. KenPom has Southern Utah at No. 140 nationally and Yale 145. ESPN's BPI ratings have Southern Utah way, way better. Plus, it's fun to go contrarian vs. Max and Larry.

EDMONTON @ DALLAS | 11/23 | 8:30 PM EST
EDMONTON -110
ANALYSIS: Both these teams are expected to start backup goalies tonight but both backup goalies have been playing pretty well. The Stars have won just 4 of their last 10 games and they face the Oilers who have won 7 of 10. The Oilers were the best team in the league on the road last season and they’ve started 5-3-0 on the road this season. They are without Darnell Nurse because of injury and Mikko Koskinen like I mentioned, but other than that they are pretty healthy. Take the Oilers on the road in a pick ‘em.
CHICAGO @ CALGARY | 11/23 | 9:00 PM EST
UNDER 5.5
ANALYSIS: Both Jacob Markstrom and Marc Andre Fleury have been very good lately, and both these teams are coming off wins and shutouts in their last game. The Flames have allowed just 36 goals in 19 games while the Blackhawks have scored just 40 goals in 18 games. Fleury hasn’t allowed more than 2 goals in any of his last 4 games, and Markstrom hasn’t allowed more than 2 goals in any of his last 3 games. I like the under.

ETSU @ MISSOURI ST. | 11/23 | 8:00 PM EST
MISSOURI ST. -7
ANALYSIS: One of the biggest college basketball line moves on Monday was Murray State against East Tennessee State. The line movement proved to be incorrect as the Buccaneers won by eight points. It should be a different story Tuesday, as East Tennessee State’s offense ranks just 310th in the nation compared to Missouri State's, which is 39th. Playing for a second consecutive day, look for the Bears' offensive execution to be too much for the Buccaneers. Grab Missouri State.
DALLAS @ L.A. CLIPPERS | 11/23 | 10:30 PM EST
DALLAS +5.5
ANALYSIS: The Mavericks will face the Clippers for the second time in three days. Without Luka Doncic, Dallas lost to Los Angeles by six points on Sunday. Expect the Mavericks to be better prepared if Doncic misses another game, as they aim to end a three-game losing streak. Play Dallas.
DENVER @ PORTLAND | 11/23 | 10:00 PM EST
PORTLAND -6
ANALYSIS: The Trail Blazers have an opportunity to extend their longest winning streak of the season to four games. It’s a revenge spot for Portland as it faces a Nuggets team that recorded a 124-95 victory on Nov. 14. The Trail Blazers were without Damian Lillard for that matchup and should play much differently in a nationally televised spot. Take Portland to move to 9-1 at home and cover the number.

VIRGINIA @ PROVIDENCE | 11/23 | 7:30 PM EST
PROVIDENCE -2.5
ANALYSIS: The Friars are 5-0 on the season and already have taken down two Big Ten teams in Wisconsin and Northwestern. They now will face a Virginia team that struggles with an offensive efficiency rating that ranks them No. 156 in the country. No one has had an answer for Providence big man Nate Watson, who averages 18.6 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks. The Friars are a top-50 team rebounding the ball on the defensive end, while Virginia checks in 200 spots lower in the same category. Lay the small number with the better team on a neutral court.

MIDDLE TENN. @ RIDER | 11/23 | 12:30 PM EST
MIDDLE TENN. -1
ANALYSIS: Rider has failed to cover its last six games dating to last season, and I think that continues here versus the Blue Raiders. MTSU has forced 84 turnovers through four games, and Josh Jefferson and Eli Lawrence are reliable scorers. Jefferson made all 14 of his free throws in a 23-point performance last time out. Lay the small number.

VALPARAISO @ C. CAROLINA | 11/23 | 8:00 PM EST
VALPARAISO -3.5
ANALYSIS: Valparaiso is coming off its first win, a 78-70 triumph against Jacksonville State on Monday. The Beacons finally found their offense in a big way with 50 second-half points. Look for their tournament readiness to give them a leg up against a Coastal Carolina team that has not played in five days. Grab Valparaiso.
