Hey guys whats up? Ive been viewing this forum as a guest for some time, and was having a great deal of trouble getting registered. I FINALLY got registered and wanted to thank Blade for all the work posting the service selections.

With SO MANY services out there, how do you determine who you are betting with and against? ARe there certain ones to go against EVERY week? Like for example, BLADE said he was waiting to see what east coast sports had for MNF last week and they had colts nad he went with tenn.

I think this would be a helpful topic of discussion for all members, not just newbies like me!

Thanks,

John

Welcome to the site

My boys from east coast consulting are a great fade when you see them gang up on one side,Brandon Lang can be a great fade as well when he goes cold but he can also get hot as well.Myself when I see a large % on one particular game and the public as well it is usually a great spot to fade them or just stay away. You can find how the public is betting here.

Just look for " public bet " under each sport up top

Blade,

Thanks for the quick response. Are there an particular services you are on or against right now? For example, I LOVE going against Root, Cokin and Fiest when they all have similar plays.

Thanks for the public betting information, but I see a lot of sites like that and never know what to think. For example, sportsinsights, sportsbook.com proides that information, wagerline.com and more.

Also curious how you've done for the season. With all the kowledge, etc. seeing service picks, and more, how much does it help in handicapping? I'm doing pretty well, but always looking for ways to improve. Who do you like today? Or do you wait until you get more service selections?

THanks,

John

Hi John,

Welcome to the site.

You really have to keep track on your own of the services you wish to follow. There is really no other way to be able to decipher all the information that is posted. Some services are historically good like Dr Bob and some are historically bad like Brandon Lang. Between those two are several really good cappers but with so many appearing every week without keeping track on your own it's really easy to get lost.

However, even the bad cappers hold value on the fade. In the end though different people use this info in different ways. Some use it to prove or dis-prove their own capping, some follow play for play and some fade play for play. It's really not a question that has just one answer.

My advice is that if you are interested in getting the plays and records of multiple cappers you use a consensus service. They have very similar info in a much easier to read format and they keep track of all the records and even hot and cold streaks. I know the guy at Premium Consensus, if you are interested let me know and I can get you a deal.

Lastly, what kind of trouble were you having with registration? You are the first person to report any issues, let me know if I can help.

As with the service plays everyone uses the public betting information in their own way. Like with everything else in handicapping there is an angle there to be discovered you just need to do the tracking to bring it to light.

To arbitrarily use it to fade the public is not recommended.

Root has been horrible of late and is a good fade right now.I have been getting killed this year due to Nascar but I like it to much to give it up, pretty sick huh 😀

I have three plays I like this week

I already bet Cards/Rams Over 48,waiting for Pats at best number and like the MNF game over.

My advice is to go to The Sports Monitor (thesportsmonitor.com) and look at the records of the reputable sports services. Find a few with winning records over the last few years and follow them. There are a good amount that are posted on the forum. This applies for Basketball and Hockey as well. Good Luck.

This thread is not very long, but for me the comment from John to get started, the comment from glcsports and the thread about Best Football Handicappers was very informative. Thank you all.
