River Club and Blackmoor I am familiar with, Man O' War I played before and I think Possum Trot you just threw in there to see if I was paying attention.
I'm not playing as much golf as I used to, it's tough to find the time between the site and having a teenager and a young kid. I think I only got out 4 times this year and 2 of them were in golf outings I was invited to.
Even when I was playing a lot I didn't like to play twice in one day. I don't drink when I play so I prefer to beat everyone ass and then collect my winnings at the bar instead of giving them a chance to win it back. 😆
We don't start pounding down the suds till we r done also, and this is the 1st yr. we did morning and after noon round there won't be a 2nd year, I called a meeting in our rm of the 5 families., that's it done, I have 5 kids all grown and gone except for 2, you can bet your ass all 5 were there this week that I am gone, I know my wife, she had them all stay over in there old Rooms, and am sure cooked for. Them All of them from morn till night, you know what tho, I don't care. I would have them all there again,
Once my kids leave they can come back on Christmas, Thanksgiving and my birthday, that's it.
We are gonna have a mess of folks over here next week for Thanksgiving and I am already dreading it. As much as I hate having everyone over here messing up my shit I hate going places even more.
I'm cooking two birds though in my smoker so I'll be outside damn near the whole day drinking beer and tending to fire.
Debbie and I stopped visiting years ago, we have done everything here for the last 7 years, 7 years ago I had to here a boat load, of shit about having every 1 over her family my family, she flipped out, until I explained to her and layed out a game plan, we don't have to go anywhere, they come to us, and I will do all the clean up, and the kids can all stay for as long as they want, well needless to say, she jumped on that
Shit is the opposite over here. I do just about all the cooking except for the shit I don't even want like turnip, yuck! and then my old lady and her family get things spic and span again and then get the hell out of here so I can pass out in peace.
myself and pat 1 o f buddys who play in the group, and with us, him and I got out total of 5 times, this year before coming down for our trip, 3 were outings that we all play in, and twice just the gang getting out to play
