How reliable are those sites posting %Public plays? And do sports books freely give out that info?

The ones on our site are 100% accurate, however they are delayed 30 minutes. I can't speak for other sites.
Some sportsbooks give it out freely, others do not. There are 5 participating sportsbooks that contribute to our feed and there are at least 3 others I know about that give info out but don't participate in the feed.
