Why is UTSA only favored by 7 points? Given how Middle Tennessee is 0-2 and got blown out in both games and hardly any offense. Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Middle Tennessee State @ Tex-San Antonio
— Blue Raiders lost their first two games, 42-0 at Army, 41-14 at home to Troy- they looked terrible.
— MTSU has 9 starters back on offense, 5 starters back on defense.
— Blue Raiders have 47 returning starts on the offensive line.
— MTSU’s junior quarterback has 14 career starts.
— Middle Tennessee is 6-8 ATS in its last 14 games as a road underdog.

— Tex-San Antonio beat Texas State in OT in its opener, then got past a I-AA team 24-10 LW- they outrushed SF Austin 229-59, converted 13-19 3rd down plays.
— Roadrunners have 8 starters back on offense, 5 back on defense.
— UTSA has 67 returning starts on the offensive line.
— Tex-San Antonio’s junior QB has 6 career starts.
— Roadrunners are 6-13 ATS in last 19 games as a home favorite.

— Teams split their last two meetings, in 2015-16; road team won both games.

Thanks,

Mid tenn was supposed to be a lot better this year utsa isn’t quite the kind of team that powers over opponents
I’d expect mid ten to fix what’s been wrong this game
Middle Tennessee is:
8-1 ATS as dogs of less than 21 off of a DD SU loss
