Monday Night Football Texans vs. Steelers Picks & Predictions

PITTSBURGH, PA (The Spread) – A pair of 3-3 teams will square off tonight on Monday Night Football when the Steelers host the Texans at 8:30PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Steelers are 3-point favorites over the Texans while the over/under total is currently sitting at 44 for tonight’s game. As of this writing, 52% of the NFL betting public currently favors Pittsburgh minus the points.
The Steelers opened as 4-point favorites over the Texans but the line for this game has dropped to the key number of three at most online and Vegas sports books. As for the total, it opened at 44.5 before falling to 44 at most books.
Houston enters play with a 3-3 record but has been profitable at the betting window, going for 4-2 against the spread this year. Pittsburgh, meanwhile, is 3-3 straight up but just 2-4 against the number in 2014. The combined over/under record for these two teams’ is 6-6.
