Happy New Year my fellow football investors...
My group of coaches has had a nice run this weekend with our only loss coming on Clemson -2 -105
with wins on Penn State, Alabama, Miss St, and Wake Forest...
Tommorow we are on Tennessee -1, Florida -10.5, Georgia-7.5 needless to say we love the SEC teams... I am close to a decision on Missouri... I may lay the pts there as I have won several games playing against interim coaches so far except for the loss with Clemson playing Auburn with AU's new offensive coordinator... Arkansas defensive coordinator Herring wasnt any good at Clemson or Arkansas so much drama surronds this game I am having a hard time backing either team but the majority of our staff like Mizzou...

Jacksonville+1
Ny Giants +3
San Diego -7

Big AL
At 4:30 pm, our selection is on the USC Trojans minus the points over Illinois, as the Illini fall into a negative situation that is 0% ATS since 1980. What we want to do is play against any road dog of +12 or more points in non-conference games that is off a home win and 4-point (or better) cover over a conference foe, if it's matched up against an opponent off an ATS loss. Illinois ended its regular season with a 41-22 blowout win over Northwestern at home, while USC failed to cover in its 17 point win over UCLA. The Trojans also will have the added benefit of playing today's game in their backyard, and USC has won and covered four of five Rose Bowl games since 1990, including all four vs. Big 10 representatives. Finally, on New Year's Day, underdogs of more than 13 points struggle, as they cover just 33% of the time. Look for USC to blow out Illinois. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. And don't miss my two 5* Winners today (including my College Football Game of the Year), and I also have a fourth Bowl selection, and an afternoon college hoops winner.
At 1 pm, our selection is on the Virginia Cavaliers plus the points over Texas Tech, as UVa falls into a system of mine that's 100% perfect since 1980. What we want to do is play AGAINST any Bowl favorite on the road off an upset win as a 6-point dog to end its regular season if it's matched up against a foe off a SU loss. Texas Tech upset Oklahoma 34-27 as a 7-point dog in its previous game, while UVa lost to Va Tech 33-21. Take Al Groh's Cavaliers plus the points over the Red Raiders in the Gator Bowl. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. And don't miss my other Bowl Winners today, including not one, but two 5* plays (one is my College Football Game of the Year).
At 2:30 pm, our selection is on the Louisville Cardinals minus the points over Cincy, as Rick Pitino's men fall into a momentum system of mine that is 36-8 ATS since 1990. This system plays on certain college basketball home teams off back-to-back 20-Point wins who are matched up against a foe off a SU win. Louisville comes into this Conference opener off back-to-back blowout wins over Iona (67-36) and Morehead State (73-49), and has won four straight overall. The Bearcats did win their previous game (56-50 vs. Miami-Ohio), but lost each of their five games prior to that win. And Cincy is 0-4 on the road this season, compared to 5-3 at home. Take Louisville. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. And don't miss any of my Bowl Winners today, including two 5* plays (one is my 5* College Football Game of the Year).

College Football
Wisconsin/Tennessee Over 58
When looking at Wisconsin's offensive line you would think it was the Green Bay Packers and not a college team. These guys are huge and it doesn't matter that Hill will not play today. Whoever the running back maybe will be sure to get a lot of big holes. Both teams struggled defensively on the road this season. Tennessee really needs a big bowl win to make their season meaningful or Fuller maybe on the hot seat. Take the Over.
Missouri -3 over Arkansas
Missouri was mad they missed the National Title Game and furious they did not get to play in a BCS game when two of the schools they beat are playing in one. Arkansas had a great year, but with all of the distractions around McFadden I don't know how well they will play. If this game turns into a shootout I would give the advantage to Missouri. The Tigers had a great season, but a bowl win would make it official. This team wants to prove to everyone that a Cotton Bowl birth was a mistake.
Michigan +11 over Florida
Today is the day that I would bet the College Football play of the year will be Michigan's blocked field goal week one as they lost to Appalachian State. This Michigan team could have hung it up early in the season, but they bounced back and were rewarded by playing last years National Champs and the Heisman winner Tim Tebow. Michigan played well on the road and I don't think Florida is ten points better than then. Michigan has a lot of Seniors who want to end their career on a high note. A win vs Florida will have everyone forgetting about earlier this year.
Virginia +6 over Texas Tech
Everyone knows Tech brings a high powered offense to the table, but Virginia has played great defense and are a very well coached team. Texas Tech's defense is not that great and away from home their defense doesn't even show up. If both teams trade points Virginia's defense will eventually get the better of the Red Raiders. Look for Virginia to get the cover and outright win.
Illinois +14 over USC
USC will be playing in their own backyard which is a huge advantage, but Illinois is a well coached school with a lot riding on this game. USC quietly won the PAC Ten this season, but it was a down year for that conference. This spread is set way to high. Illinois has a lot of great athletes and a big win here will set them up for a shot at a title run next season. USC's days in the sun maybe behind them
Georgia -7.5 over Hawaii
Simply put Hawaii played nobody this season and almost lost to Washington who was the worst team in the PAC 10. Georgia is the hottest team in the nation and will show the nation that Colt Breenan is nothing more than a system QB. If things go right for Georgia this game should be in the double digits in favor of the Bulldogs by halftime. Take Georgia.

10* graded play UNDER Illinois/USC – AiS shows an 88% probability that 47 or fewer points will be scored in this game. With SC a heavy favorite and likely to get out to a double digit lead at some point in the first half, Illinois will be forced to do something they don’t do well at all – pass the football. AiS projects a 90% probability that Sc will limit Illinois passing game to 150 or fewer yards. Note that SC is 7-0 UNDER in road games when their defense allows 150 or less net passing yards over the last 2 seasons. Supporting this graded play is a system that has gone 44-13 UNDER over the past 5 seasons. Play under with all teams where the total is between 42.5 and 49 with an excellent defense that is allowing 285 or less total yards/game, after outgaining opposition by 225 or more total yards in their previous game. Here is a second system that has gone 59-24 UNDER since 2002. Play under with all teams where the total is between 42.5 and 49 and is a team outgaining their opponents by 75 or more yards/game and after outgaining opposition by 225 or more total yards in their previous game. Here is a third system that has gone 31-11 UNDER for 74% since 1996. Play under with all teams where the total is between 42.5 and 49 that are good offensive teams gaining 5.6 to 6.2 YPP and is now facing a team with an average defense allowing 4.8 to 5.6 YPP and after outgaining opposition by 175 or more total yards in their previous game.

Pick: Money Line: 157 Washington Capitals Play Title: Washington
Analysis
Ai Simulator 3* graded play on Washington (NHL) – Supporting this graded play is a system that has gone 25-15 and has made 25.1 units in profits since 2002. Play against any team against the money line revenging 2 straight losses versus opponent by 2 goals or more and with a winning record on the season playing a losing team. Ottawa offense is hitting on all cylinders having scored 16 goals in the past 3 games. This superior performance however is not sustainable and they are actually in a weak role for this game. Note that they are just 19-24 against the money line after scoring 5 goals or more in 2 straight games since 1996. Take Washington
BIG AL's 5* COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAME OF THE YEAR!!!!
At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the Hawaii Rainbows plus the points over Georgia, as Hawaii falls into 68-36, 82-31, and 77-23 ATS systems of mine. This is NOT your father's Hawaii team, as the Rainbows are playing defense this season. Hawaii's stop unit led the WAC Conference with 28 turnovers created this season, and the Rainbows ranked among the top 40 teams nationally on defense. On the other side of the ball, Hawaii led the nation in scoring at 46.2 ppg on 529 yards per game. A lot is being made of the fact that Hawaii is the only undefeated team this season (at 13-0), but don't overlook the fact that Hawaii also won 10 of its last 11 games in 2006 (going 7-3 ATS with one non-lined game). Combined, Hawaii is now 23-1 SU its past 24 games, with its lone defeat by a mere 3 points to Oregon State. In addition to Colt Brennan, Hawaii also boasts a terrific wide receiving corps that includes Jason Rivers and Davone Bess. And, with this game being played indoors on turf, in perfect climate conditions, Hawaii's pass offense won't be slowed down by wind, mud, or a torn-up field. Georgia's top running back, Knowshon Moreno won't start today, as he's recovering from a sprained ankle, so Thomas Brown will start, and may get the load of the carries for Georgia if Moreno's ankle gives him problems today. But Moreno gets 12 yards per catch out of the backfield, so if he's not 100% healthy, his productivity will be sorely missed. Take Hawaii plus the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. And don't miss my other Bowl Winners today (including a 5*), and I also have a great daytime winner for you in College Basketball
