I'll take my chances here with the Yellow Jackets as a road dog against BC on Sunday. I just think the books are begging you to take the Eagles here and from the looks of it the public is taking the bait. While Boston College is 11-2 at home they come in having lost 3 straight and are fresh off a crushing overtime loss at home to Virginia Tech. It's hard bouncing back from a close loss like that and I think the struggles for the Eagles continue here.
Georgia Tech snapped a 4-game skid with a 55-51 win at home over Syracuse. I just think this Yellow Jackets team is better than their record would suggest. While they are just 1-4 in their last 5, two of those losses came on the road against UNC and FSU. They also had a loss at home to Virginia and a mere 2-point defeat at home to Clemson.
Eagles are struggling defensively right now, which is another reason this team can't be trusted here. BC is allowing 78 ppg in their last 5 and have allowed 80+ in each of their last two. Eagles are 0-6 ATS the past two seasons after back-to-back games where they allowed 80 or more points. Give me the Yellow Jackets +3!
