The NCAAB comp play is on Northern Kentucky at 1:00 eastern. North Kentucky is off a home favored loss to Oakland on Friday and this is a much easier spot against a weak Detroit team that has allowed opponents to shoot 50% or better in 5 straight games allowing 84 or more in all 5 of those games. Detroit hung in at home losing by 2 to NKU earlier in the year. This one will be much worse for them as they are 0-4 ats on the road vs teams with a winning home record. The Norse are 6-1 ats at home vs teams that are under .400 on the road and 9-1 ats on Sundays. Look for a big win from Northern Kentucky. Richmond is easily playing their best hoops of the season, as the Spiders hit Davidson this Sunday riding a 4-game win and cover streak - all of those wins and covers in Atlantic Ten action. Even with their uptick, Coach Mooney's team stands at just 7-13, and they are facing a Widlcats team that is pining for revenge. Not just revenge, but "triple revenge", as the Spiders toppled the Wildcats, 69-58 back on December 30th of this season for win and cover # 3 in a row in the series.
Davidson plays this one off a tough one-point loss at Dayton their last time out, a loss that snapped the Wildcats 5-game winning streak. Look for the host to take care of business at home today, as Bob McKillop's team has rolled a perfect 6-0 straight up on their home floor this year, and they have covered their last pair in conference action at Belk Arena.
Peyton Aldridge continues to make his case for conference player of the year, as he played all 40 minutes against the Flyers, pouring in 24-points, and grabbing 7 boards in that setback.

While Toromto is clearly the better collection of talent, the Lakers have been playing inspired ball in the absense of ... Ball. In fact, they have won 4 in a row and 8 of 10,.including a huge comeback win vs the Bulls after falling behind by double digits.
The Lakers clearly have momentum as they are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 overall, and 5-0 ATS vs the east.
Toronto, on the other hand, is 1-5 ATS last 6 vs. the West. Another important note is that the Raptors do not play well on one day rest, they are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 day of rest. The Raptors also seem to take losing teams lightly at home, they are 0-4 ATS last 4 games in Toronto vs. teams wit losing road records.
