Houston Rockets vs. Brooklyn Nets (NBA) - Feb 6, 2018 7:30 PM EST
Play: Point Spread: -10.5/105 Houston Rockets
Houston is rolling coming off a blow out win over Cleveland. Houston has won four in a row and eight of 10 to move to just a loss behind Golden State for best of the West. Houston is 18-7 on the road and 15-5 against the East. Brooklyn is four worst in the East at 19-35 after losing their last two games and seven of 10. Brooklyn is 11-17 at home this season and a 7-15 record against the West. Brooklyn is scoring under 105 points per game while allowing 108.7 points. Houston is allowing just 105 points per game, but they do a good job outscoring their other team with 114 points per game on offense. These two teams played back in November with the Rockets winning at home 117-103 as Harden dropped 37 points. Look for Harden to go off for 30+ points and Paul to have double digit assists as the Rockets win in a rout 120-102. Play Houston

Buffalo vs. Central Michigan (NCAAB) - Feb 6, 2018 7:00 PM EST
Play: Point Spread: 6.0/-110 Central Michigan Pick Title: CajunSports CBB 3* Complimentary Selection
Cajun-Sports continue their hardwood dominance with their record of 33-13 ATS (71.7%) record and a profit of +15166 Units this season in college basketball all records documented at the Sports Watch Monitor. Make sure you join them for their always profitable Two for Tuesday in College Hoops. Tuesday’s free play comes from the Buffalo at Central Michigan contest. The Buffalo Bulls were running through their MAC schedule and not taking any prisoners until late in January when they barely got by an average Ohio team while coming up short against the spread in that game and then falling to Kent State 82 to 79 as an eight point favorite. In their last outing Buffalo hosted Western Michigan as a ten-point home favorite winning the game but once again coming up short against the number 92 to 86. Central Michigan will not try to run with the Bulls they have the players to force the Bulls into a much slower pace than they prefer which should keep this one well within the oddsmakers number. Take the points

NBA | Wizards vs 76ers
Play on: 76ers -6½ -105 at betonline
My 1* Free Play is on the Philadelphia 76ers (8:00 EST).
Washington looks poised for a letdown here after winning its fifth straight without star guard John Wall in the line-up. Most recently the Wizards beat the Pacers 111-102, getting 21 points from Bradley Beal and 15 from Kelly Oubre Jr.
Philly though has lost four of its last five to fall back below .500. Most recently the 76ers fell 100-92 to the Pacers, led by 24 points and ten boards from big man Joel Embiid:
“It has been an up-and-down season for us. We’re just trying to find balance and be consistent,” Embiid said. “We’re still learning a lot, but being young should never be an excuse, so got to keep on working.”
The Wizards though have flat out struggled in this spot at times for bettors this year, interestingly going just 10-14 ATS against poor defensive teams which allow 106 plus points per contest.
The 76ers on the other hand have been “money in the bank” in this position, going 14-8 ATS at home this season and 20-13 ATS in their last 33 when playing with two days of rest.
I feel the conditions are right for a home side blowout. Consider a second look at Philadelphia tonight.
Good luck…Larry

NCAA-B | Nebraska vs Minnesota
Play on: Nebraska +1½ -105 at 5Dimes
I'm recommending a play on Nebraska on Tuesday. The Huskers were picked to finish at or near the bottom of the Big 10 this season, but coach Tim Miles is doing a remarkable job blending in new players and the Cornhuskers are 17-8 straight up and 17-6 ATS. The Huskers have covered the number 10 of their last 11 conference games and 17 of their last 22 overall and already have beaten the Golden Gophers 78-68 in December. Nebraska has won three straight, including 74-63 at Wisconsin on Jan. 29 before having the week off. The Huskers are doing it with defense as they allow opponents only a .419 shooting percentage and 68.9 points per game. Conversely, Minnesota is having a disastrous season and has lost eight of its last nine games (2-7 ATS) after being expected to finish in the top half of the conference standings. The Gophers come off an OT loss at Michigan which should further demoralize them and they're dealing with injuries and a suspension. We'll back Nebraska on Tuesday night. Thanks & GL! NHL | Golden Knights vs Penguins
Play on: Golden Knights +115 at 5Dimes
Scott "The Bulldog" Rickenbach NHL Game #57 Tuesday Free Pick Vegas Golden Knights Money Line (+) @ Pittsburgh Penguins @ 7:05 ET - The return of goalie Marc-Andre Fleury to Pittsburgh where he played for so many seasons. This will be an emotional game for the Vegas netminder as well as for the Penguins and I expect the Golden Knights to get the win again just like they did when they hosted the Pens in December. Vegas is proving time and time again that their early season success was no fluke. As for Pittsburgh, they've lost 9 of 15 this season when off of a divisional game and have lost 15 of 24 non-conference match-ups this season. The Golden Knights are playing Game 5 of a 6-game road trip but they've won 5 of 7 games this season when they enter a game having played each of their 3 prior games on the road. Vegas has won 20 of their last 27 games. The Penguins are banged up entering this game and dealing with some injury issues. Also, Pittsburgh is allowing 3 goals per game this season. The Golden Knights Fleury has a phenomenal 1.84 GAA and .939 save percentage. Free Pick VEGAS

NBA | Cavs vs Magic
Play on: Cavs -7 -102 at 5Dimes
No team is underacheiving and burning bettors more than the Cavaliers. Cleveland actually is closer to missing the playoffs than being on top of the Eastern Conference. Now the Cavaliers, off a 32-point home loss this past Saturday to the Rockets, - their second-worst beating of the season - are back in action today playing on the road against Orlando. Mercifully this game won't be on national television. That's a good thing for the Cavaliers since they have lost the last eight times they've been on national TV. It's also good from their perspective to be meeting the Magic, a team they have beaten 19 of the last 21 times although they are 0-3 ATS versus the Magic this season. Even without injured Kevin Love, the Cavaliers hold a major talent edge. The spot sets up well, too, for Cleveland. The Cavaliers haven't played since that Saturday night massacre while the Magic are coming off a 111-109 road upset win against Miami Monday night. The Magic beat the Heat despite missing their best player and leading scorer Aaron Gordon. Gordon has missed the last four games due to a strained left hip flexor. He's not expected to play in this matchup having already withdrawn from the Slam Dunk contest during All-Star weekend because of the injury. Line value? Forget it. You're not going to get that in the NBA. But the talent edge and ripe situation should be enough for the Cavaliers to pick up a rare cover.

NCAA-B | Michigan State vs Iowa
Play on: Iowa +11 -105 at 5Dimes
Well, the question is has this Iowa team thrown in the towel. I dont think they have and they would love nothing more to pull a huge upset here tonight. Michigan St will have no interest here as they are in a tough spot. Coming off a physical game against Indiana and have Purdue on deck for a top 5 match up this weekend!

NCAA-B | Eastern Michigan vs Kent State
Play on: UNDER 136½ -110
Eastern Michigan enters this game with a dominating defense, as is evident holding 5 opponents to less than 50 points in a game this season. Since HC Rob Murphy has arrived in Ypsilanti, the Eagles have held 38 opponents to less than 50 points..The Eagles are also in the top three in defensive field goal percentage (1st - .406), scoring defense (1st - 68.0), and team field goal percentage (1st - 40.6). Meanwhile, Kent State ranks fifth in the MAC in scoring defense (73.1) and the Flashes are also holding opponents to 33.5% from three-point distance which is second in the MAC. From a matchup perspective this game according to my own projections should have seen a opening Total closer to the 134.5 mark, which gives us quality value on an under wager in this spot on a up trending total.
E MICHIGAN is 8-2 UNDER L/10 against conference opponents this season with a combined average of 130.6 ppg scored.E MICHIGAN is 22-5 UNDER L/27 after a game where they made 45% of their free throws or worse with a combined average of 130.6 ppg going on the board.
CBB teams where the total is between 130 and 139.5 points (E MICHIGAN) - in a game involving two average defensive teams (67-74 PPG) after 15+ games, after scoring 60 points or less 3 straight games are 48-17 UNDER L/5 seasons for a 74% conversion rate for bettors with a combined average of 126.5 ppg going on the board.

NHL | Flames vs Blackhawks
Play on: Blackhawks -108 at 5Dimes
#NHL FREE PICK FROM MIKE LUNDIN
The Calgary Flames snapped a six-game skid with a 4-3 OT win against Chicago home in the Saddledome on Saturday. Extremely disappointing for the Hawks as they held a 3-2 lead entering the third period, and I think the hosts will claim revenge when the teams clash at United Center tonight.
The home team is 18-8 in the last 26 meetings and the Blackhawks will be desperate for win, coming off back-to-back setbacks (only 2-4-2 past eight games) and currently on the outside looking in when it comes to the Western Conference playoff race.
It's very tough to win both games of a home-and-home set, and I like the angry Hawks to come through in front of the home town crowd.
My free pick is on Chicago Blackhawks.

Tuesday comp play is Davidson as the big chalk at home against St. Joe's.
The Hawks absorbed another road loss, dropping a weekend decision against city-brother La Salle (the same Explorers team that the Wildcats blasted 84-65 to end the month of January), as Joey's is just 2-11 now straight up in road/neutral games this year.
Davidson has been on an upswing as we head down the stretch, winners of 7 of their last 9, the Wildcats are also on a 6-1-1 spread run their last 8 games.
The Wildcats have been able to win and cover both series meetings since joining the Atlantic Ten, and I like them to use their strong home court advantage tonight against the weak-traveling Hawks.
Davidson minus the double-digits on Tuesday.
